From diagnosing the problem to having a new furnace installed and running perfectly took 2 1/2 days total. They solved many problems along the way. We love the new system. Keller was excellent to work with.

Everything Keller has done thus far has been great! The unit arrived with shipping damage, but Keller immediately ordered a replacement panel (we'll see how soon Carrier delivers it) and our regular Keller service rep will install it. I'm still not completely clear on the Carrier rebate program, but hopefully that will get resolved on Monday.

Keller H/AC, Inc pulled my old Carrier unit out from the crawl space and installed a new one in my garage on September 26, 1996. They serviced the new unit in the spring and fall from the date of installation until July 14, 2021 at which time they installed a new unit for us. I had no major problems with that nearly 25 year old unit because of the superb skilled service they provided over the years. It has been my experience the entire Keller staff is dedicated to providing the best service possible to their customers. They provide what I would call the "old school" high quality, dedicated service to their clients.

Strangely designed questionnaire. I didn't have service and I have no knowledge of their problem solving skills. And the 5th response box apparently does non mean "don't know" even though it is on a different line from the first four boxes. I had HVAC installation. Great job nice people.

I had a positive experience working with the Keller Heating and Cooling staff and the Carrier product is working well. This process started by working with Doug who provided an estimate, answered my questions, and communicated in a timely manner. The staff that installed the Carrier products arrived on time, was respectful of my home and completed their task in a timely manner. Communication was done through e\-mail, texts and calls which aided in updating all parties.

The furnace and heat pump are working fantastic and the guys did a great job getting it installed. Our crawl space is a real pain so I knew it wasn't going to be easy and they got it done and it is working great. This replaced a 25+ year old furnace so I can't wait to see how much it saves us!
