Great Service, excellent knowledge base

When my furnace went out they came came out right away to check the situation. There was never any pressure to make my decision. Space heaters were brought in and they scheduled my installation as soon as possible. I couldn't have ask for a better experience throughout the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

I asked American Air to come out to give us a quote for replacing both our furnace and A/C units and unbeknownst to us, we had a gas leak. They were able to quickly replace our furnace and fix the gas leak, all while being very patient with my questions and compassionate about my concerns. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

They even loaned us a window unit AC to get us through some hot days until our new HVAC could be installed. Being seniors we certainly appreciated them going above and beyond for us!

Replace furnace and air

Jeff and his partner did a great job on the installation. It was very well organized and Jeff explained each step as the process went along. Jeff also gave advice for improving the efficiency of our home, which I have already implemented. I look forward to doing business in the future and would recommend American Air to anyone that is in the market for a new system or repairing an existing system.

Jeff and his helper were very knowledgeable and had our new system installed in 6 hours!

Installation was quick and clean, I would recommend American Air (Mark) every chance I would get

Roll out safety switch was tripping. Discovered that the heat exchanger element was bad. Decided to replace with a new furnace as this furnace had multiple service calls within the last year and lost confidence with the furnace and the local HVAC contractor I had been using.

My equipment was ancient and the cooling was not working. They installed quickly and were wonderful to work with.
