After evaluating a few different bids, I chose Henson Robinson as my HVAC contractor to replace my air conditioner and furnace. Scheduling for the initial estimate was very easy. Staff and the sales consultant were polite and friendly. Brandon, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable of the Carrier product line beyond the basic information that can be found on the website. The fact he knew the product he was selling, was able to explain what the advantages of each product were, and if that product would benefit my particular home was reassuring. It was not an upsell, it was informed decision making. After receiving a bid from Henson Robinson, I had clarifying questions I wanted to answered. Brandon promptly got the information I was looking for and maintained clear communication. Between this and an equitable bid, I went with Henson Robinson. When my new single stage air conditioner and non\-condensing furnace were ready to be installed, the two man team finished the job in only four hours. The technicians appeared to be careful in the removal of the old equipment, as not to cause any damage to the house and remove all old refrigerant from the system properly. The new equipment was set in to place with precision. All connections looked clean, pipe runs were as straight as possible, and pipe bends looked smooth. Yes, the equipment needs to work, but it looking good is worth something. The technicians tested all of the settings and verified that everything was operational. I opted to go with a Comfort Series system, so no extra features or add\-ons to test. I received the necessary manuals and warranty information and was reassured to contact Henson Robinson whatsoever if I had any questions. Start to finish, it was a positive experience. You do not get a new HVAC system every day, and when you are spending thousands of dollars, you want to get the right system installed by the right people.
