The other vendor's I had quote my 20+ year replacement priced everything based on the equipment size I already had. Ray's was the only vendor that took the time to review existing weather trends and size my new, updated equipment to those values and still meet our cooling and heating comfort levels. The new equipment is definitely more efficient and quiet. Equipping the house with multiple Eco-bee sensors has also allowed us to better balance temperatures upstairs and downstairs in our tri-level house during the summer. Also love the app for controlling the equipment and viewing the weekly, monthly reporting available online.

I have been a customer of Original Ray's HVAC for approximately 40 years +. I trust the men who have replaced parts and serviced both the air conditioner and furnace at the beginning of their seasons. This is the 2nd furnace and air conditioner that Ray has installed. The last set was installed in 1995. Finally, after 28 years the AC was starting to show it's age. Rather than replace parts, it seemed more logical to buy new.
