This was a totally amazing experience because the staff was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and timely from start to finish. They installed a furnace, hot water heater, A/C unit and thermometer flawless. Bob called back to follow up and make sure all was well. They were very courteous and respectful of my time and property. I HIGHLY recommend them for services. They clean up well also!

After doing a complete and thorough search on the Better Business Bureau site and reading the reviews of B \& Z Heating \& Air Inc., I found that this was the right company to choose for such an important job. The experience I rate with my carrier installing contractor Robert, was professional, knowledgeable and exceptional in all facets while doing the job. I could not be more pleased with my new heating unit installed and new air conditioner installed.

Bob at B\&Z came out to my house within 2 hours of me calling him. He was very straight forward and honest with me about what I needed. He didn't try to sell me larger/ fancier units that aren't necessary like some of the big companies in the area.
