They were very professional and got the job done in one day. No hidden fees or extras. Fair price and a reasonable lead time.

I have used their service for many years and have generally been happy. Was disappointed that it took three visits for them to tell me I needed a new furnace \- it was 18 years old. They did not find anything wrong after the first visit and problems continued. Second visit, they replaced a heating element for $500 but the problems persisted until I called on a cold Saturday and the owner came out. He found the problem immediately \- bad board \- maybe both parts were bad but if the problem had been resolved during the second visit then I would not have had the emergency weekend repair charge ($2,500). That cost was waived if I got a new furnace/condenser unit which was over $11K. I felt boxed in because I got a better quote from another company but not if I had to add in the cost of the Saturday visit. The new furnace is working great. They do respond quickly to calls for service, are knowledgeable and seem honest.
