Very easy to do business with. All my questions were answered at my knowledge level and options were frankly discussed to meet my needs and budget. Absolutely no pressure, I was given plenty of time to evaluate the options, consult with whomever I chose and notify them of my choices. On time, respectful installation team left my house and property as clean as they found it. I am never doing HVAC business with anyone else.

We replaced a 61 year old unit that worked fine in order to save energy. We also want US, union\-made and we wanted to get it while we still could. The machine is beautiful, well\-built and quiet. It takes up half of the space of the unit it replaced.
