Real professional

We called in the morning after discovering out heat had stopped working. A technician came over and determined the furnace was shot. We had someone come over within an hour to quote us a new furnace and humidifier. Everything was installed and working the next day. The price was good and the service was excellent. They have serviced us for several years, and we have always been happy with them.

We have never been happier with AirRite. We have used them since 2004 from our previous home to this home. Somehow we knew that we might have a problem. Nick came and advised what we already knew. Gratefully, he explained our options complete with pricing options. We got a new furnace the next day! Andrew came and installed and couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a contractor come out when I bought my house, looked at the furnace for two minutes and said it was fine. When I had Air\-rite come out they wrote up specifically was wrong with the furnace.

Our installation specialist was Andrew(Andy). He was fantastic throughout the entire install. He would update my wife and I during the day and explain what he was doing, as well as any changes that needed to be made. Upon the completion of the install, Andrew summarized the complete job, gave us a tour of each product(AC, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat). At the end of each explanation he would ask us if we had any questions, if we did, he would describe in detail what we needed to know. Please note, Greg, the salesman, was fantastic too. He was extremely knowledgable and made the process comfortable. Everything he told us that would occur in the install was exactly what occurred. No surprise that the reviews for Air Rite are all excellent.

Replaced Furnace \& AC unit. Went with Carrier because of the performance of our old unit which was still running after 27 years. Amazing. Our neighbor had Air Rite Heating \& cooling replacement;ace her old unit \& she was very happy with service \& crew that came out. The sales person Bruce was excellent \& very helpful. We've used Air\-Rite for the 20+ years, since the builder installed the equipment. We've renewed our service contract with them each year because they're reliable, prompt, knowledgeable and professional in all respects. One particular serviceman, Marco, has been coming to our house regularly (we request him) for most of those years. In this particular case, though a different serviceman who could not figure out exactly what the problem was, came out, a few days later Marco was called by Air Rite, and he came. We were most impressed with the fact that although he could not determine what was wrong (the furnace wasn't working!), he called someone who was familiar with this brand (not Carrier), and problem\-solved with him. Marco's attitude was, "Well, we have to figure out what is wrong". Its so refreshing to find someone who is that persistent. He found out the circuit board was not giving/getting signals, and checked on replacement costs. It was not an effective strategy to spend that much on an "old" furnace we decided, and he helped us expedite someone coming out and giving us an estimate, and subsequently set up an install of our new one.

Good expierence

On January 31,2017 I had my HVAC system replaced. From the time Rob came out and gave us an estimate and options for the furnace and air conditioner, to the final install we were given the best service. Andy and Jeff installed the whole system and they were absolutely great. The knowledge, care , courtesy, professionalism that they gave us is a refreshing thing to see and have in a business these days. They kept us informed on how things were progressing during the whole install. When they completed the work we were given a walk thru of everything that was done and how to wondy rk and care for the system. Great job Rob, Andy and Jeff.

My house needed two furnaces and two air conditioners. Needless to say, this is a big and costly undertaking. I called a few companies for estimates and many appeared to be enthusiastic for the job. However, Air Rite turned the quote around the next day and worked closely with me throughout the process. Rob was always on top of the paperwork etc. It took 4 guys 6 hours to install all four units. I don't remember their names, but they were kind, quiet, and even took the time to make sure my Aprilaire was working. Oh yes, they helped me program my system before leaving too. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for heating and airconditioning. They will be doing my annual cleaning also.

Complete hvac equipment replacement

This contractor replaced their original unit that they had maintained for over 17 years of satisfactory operation until it was cheaper to update system them replace compressor.

Air\-Rite presented me with detailed options for my AC System replacement, and were even able to modify my installation at the last second to meet our needs.

Andy was at our home at 8am and had our new a/c unit installed and running by 11:30am. He was very professional and helpful. I've been a customer of Air\-Rite for 14 years, and always recommend them to my friends and family.

The gentleman ( Andy, I believe ) was very informative. He told me how to take care of my equipment.
