I've used Markgraf's for about 20 years for service and now, installing 2 new condensers in the past 2 months. They do an excellent job with service and new product installations.

Seamless fix to a BIG upgrade. We were having issues with our 24 year old furnace/AC. They did a great job of assessing and we decided to go ahead with complete replacement. They were quick to get the new system delivered and installed to cause no disruption to our home! THANKS for a great job!

I am not technical and they make me feel very comfortable when they explain things. They are very patient.

We have been using Markgraf for 17\-18 years. They did the initial installation when the house was build and, they have been maintaining our heating and cooling system since.

Efficient and helpful service

Furnace stopped working with a literal bang \- apparently the circuit board. Replaced on the same day and scheduled old Freon using air conditioning unit for early spring \-\- on time, went smoothly.

Furnace failed while out of state. Excellent response and was able to replace the unit the next day at a fair price. Thanks

We had the tri\-fecta of things hit us last week: tornadic winds caused our provider (ComEd) to not be able to service us; then the generator we have went out; and when the power came back on, the air conditioner went out. Not sure of the exact sequence . . . could also have been "looping" problems, Kudos to markgraf's for gettig us back and running by the middle of this week.

Had new AC and furnace installed during a heatwave in a pandemic and could not have been happier with the service.

Of course, hottest days of the year forecasted and our AC went out. At first, it looked like a motor on the furnace could be fixed. It was credible that the cost of a new furnace was nearly the cost replacing the motor. Outside, our AC unit dated from 1974. We were never about cooling. Everything was installed, no plants sacrificed, and all trash was taken away (hopefully for some recycling). All personal were personable.

Woke up in middle of the night and inside temp was up. Left a voicemail with Markgrapf. They called as soon as they opened. Technician arrived by nine. Did some fixes and then determined best to replace the unit. We agreed. Heat index around 100. Unit arrived early afternoon and installed by 5:00!

My heat went out overnight on Thursday. Markgraf came out Friday afternoon. After diagnosis, they gave me some options. I chose to switch out the furnace since mine was about 15 years old. My work schedule is very tight but Margraf's Heating and Air was able to install a new furnace the next morning. A few hours later, I was toasty warm. Quick, professional installation, Great Job!

Three new units were installed without any drama. The installers new their job. We have only used the new AC a few times due to cool weather. I are expecting the units to work better and more efficiently in hot weather compared to the old units.
