Furnace Installation

We replaced a 60 year old furnace and 37 year old air conditioner. We were referred to Airtech by a friend who does HVAC work. Bill and his crew were experienced and able to answer all our questions. (and we had a lot). The installation was neat and all debris was taken away as promised. After the installation, they explained how everything worked and were still available by phone to answer any other questions we had. They went out of their way to be sure all our concerns were met. We very much appreciate Bill and Mike getting us through the planning and installation of our new HVAC system.

The men did an excellent job putting in the furnace. They took out the old furnace and everything was cleaned up. They are very knowledgeable and hard workers. If you are looking for a new furnace or ac give Airtech a call.

Service Tech on the initial visit was very knowledgeable, was able to identify my issue within minutes. I received a detailed quote with options and was able to get a new AC and Furnace installed within a couple days. Great service overall.

Very pleased with our service call and installation of our new AC.

The installers were quick and the installation went fairly well with no major issues. However, the furnace rests slightly 'askew'. The top of the unit leans slightly to the right of the bottom of the unit about a half inch or so (similar to the shape of a rhomboid) making the corners not quite square. The situation is visually noticeable. This causes the inner access panel to not line up properly making it difficult to reinstall after accessing the control board. The fact that the installers did not correct this at time of installation is disappointing. So far however, the unit seems to work fine. It's quiet and effective.

Our A/C went out during a heat wave (of course), but they came out to inspect and actually jimmy rigged out 22 year old A/C Unit and it lasted until they installed the new one. Can't way enough great Things about AirTech and their staff!!

It's always bad to have your furnace go out; especially in the cold weather. But Air\-Tech responded quickly, gave a quote and came out really fast. They were neat, cleaned up after, and wore masks the whole time. We were SO impressed with the service/installation.

My old furnace died on one of the coldest Saturday nights recently. The standby tech, Frank was able to determine the problem quickly. Unfortunately, there was no quick fix for the failing heat exchanger. Frank, with a little phone assistance, was able to reduce the gas flow to enable the furnace to operate until a new furnace could be installed. I was given the option of replacing the heat exchanger under warranty, but I chose to replace the 15 year old furnace as a precaution against any other potential undetermined failure.

Paid over 300 dollars and tech did not know anything about the issue. He was on phone with someone else trying to diagnose problem but was not sure and did not fix issue.

Bill \& Dan and team installed an HVAC system in our attic. They've been service providers for us for years and are always responsive, timely and solve any problems. They are also trustworthy which is why we turned to them to take on our attic project. They made sure to assess the situation and gave us a great recommendation, answering all of our questions. The team was professional, polite and always cleaned up well. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the work they did!

From start to finish it was an easy, smooth, and quick process. Bill came out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and thorough, taking pictures along with taking measurements and model numbers. Gave us an estimate within a day with all work documented and listed. On the day of installation Airtech sent out 5 guys and 3 trucks! They came earlier than expected (which is a very good thing) and proceeded to install our air/heat/thermostat/main duct in seemingly no time at all. They were clean and professional. When it was all said and done they walked through all the work done inside and out and helped setup, register, and operate the WiFi thermostat. After this great experience I will go to Airtech for all of my HVAC needs.
