So thankful the furnace didn't go out during the extreme cold spell but it went out several days later. I felt very confident when the gentlemen were installing new furnace. When I receive notification of individual(s) that are installing equipment, I appreciated the photo of individual .

AAA Northgate moved up the installation of our new furnace by 5 days when I informed them we were without heat and a cold snap was approaching. What a relief it was to be accommodated in such a manner and have the peace of mind of a working furnace when temps dipped. The installation for our two\-stage furnace was quick and they left the work area and path through our home tidy. The HVAC tech was very friendly and looked out for our wallet with his advice about his initial visit and the people we spoke with in the office listened attentively and responded promptly. We look forward to a long relationship with AAA Northgate.

The installers did a great job, were friendly, talked to me about a problem encountered and the possible solutions to the problem, went above the minimum in solving the problem by creating a special box for the furnace filter making it easy for me to change the filter when necessary. This problem came about because of the cramped space in our condo for the furnace. I would highly recommend this company.

We have worked with AAA Northgate Service for many years. Over the years we have been very satisfied with their service, work ethic, sales, and technicians! If we have a problem they are right there to solve it.

Technicians were very good. I was upset that I notified AAA on thursday, Tech was out on Friday am, but they were not able to help us until Monday. Two 80y olds in hot humid 80degree weather. Supposed they could make some consideration to help us immediately. probably could have for several more $100's of dollars.

Had a great experience having my furnace and A/C replaced by AAA Northgate. It went very smooth from start to finish. The installers did a great job, and we are very pleased with the results. We were able to see the welcome results in the difference with our A/C right away. Thanks for a very positive experience.

We had an excellent experience with AAA Northgate. From the very detailed information provided from the sales rep in the estimate. To the coordination of the install, as we were buying a 18VS hear pump, our sales rep said they it wouldn't be in stock for a couple of months. However he said he could get a Bryant Variable Speed heat pump that was the exact same other than the brand name in a couple of weeks. I really appreciated him taking the time to find this so we could start using this variable speed heat pump that is much more efficient than our old 90s furnace/ AC unit. The install was awesome, installers were very nice and courteous and the install was done very well with high quality. After a couple of weeks the system is working great and we already notice the difference with the variable speed and how temperature in our upstairs bedrooms have been much more consistent, also loving the humidifier and how precise it keeps the humidity levels. Couldn't be happier overall at how we were taken care of!

Top notch from sales experience, to office staff and installers. Tom and Buster did an excellent job explaining everything they did and it came out looking terrific. Very impressed!

Our furnace went out during bitter cold weather. I called after hours and the on\-call technician answered promptly. He diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. We had a new furnace installed within 24 hours of this phone call!

Quality products, sales and service! After 34 years, it was time to get a new one!!

I can't even begin to tell you just how AWESOME this company was to work with, We just moved here from Seattle, WA in Jan 2021, lived in our house for a few weeks and then our furnace went out and was blowing out CO2. Our furnace was immediately shut down, due to our health safety and we were on the phone with our home warranty. They were ridiculous to work with. They wanted us to use another HVAC company and when the other company came out they were a joke. We told the warranty company we wanted to work with AAA, but because the other company told them the unit was under warranty (mind you, the unit was 26 years old and we were not the original owner) the Warranty Company would only cover $260 for a service call. I called AAA back and spoke to Kayla again, who then spoke to Brad (the owner). Brad himself called me back and we worked it out so I could get a new furnace for a decent price. Brad and Kayla are truly amazing people and AAA is a top notch company to work with. Please keep their name, AAA Northgate One Hour Heating \& Air. They will take great care of your heating and air needs.

Sales person, Bart, explained options including SEER ratings. Installation team worked well together and completed the work in about 5 hours.
