My furnace reached the end of its useful life. The Heat Engineering salesman pointed out that the furnace was actually too large (100,000 BTUs) for the size of the house, and they replaced it with an 80,000 BTU Carrier, 95% efficient furnace. I've been happy with Heat Engineering's services while living in two houses. With my annual service contract, I rely on their experienced technicians to keep my HVAC system working properly to avoid breakdowns during extreme conditions. I highly recommend this company!
