We have been using Wantuck for our Heating \& Cooling needs for 25+ Years. We are in our 3rd Home during that period and they have replaced a Central Air Compressor at a previous home in Chicago and today a new furnace at our current home in Brookfield. All their staff are very professional and very personable. Their Prices are also very competitive.

I have an annual service contract with Wantuck and they are very responsive to any issue I might have and service my four furnaces and four air conditioners every year without fail. All their technicians are easy to work with and very knowledgeable

Excellent service and reasonably priced

My husband and I had been living with window units for many years due to having hot water heat. As the summers have gotten warmer and warmer the window units were not cooling off our living area..A friend of mine has two daughters that had a cooling system that they were pleased with.I took a look at theirs and we decided to try it on our main floor. It is a high wall ductless system from Carrier. We just had it installed this week and we are LOVING it! There is an even cool in our house on the main floor. I was most impressed with Wantuck!!Bill is a great guy. Once we decided to go ahead, he had us scheduled in less than a week! That was pretty important to us in this summer heat! We had to make some changes on the outside but Bill was very accommodating . Mike, Jaime and Matthew put the system in . I was very impressed with how long and hard they worked on it over the two days.They didn't even take lunch!!! I highly recommend Wantuck on Knox Avenue in Chicago!

I have a contract and my Spring and Fall check\-up have always been done on a professional level. Anytime something went out I know I could call and there would value me and be there soon. The office staff is so competent, Monica and Bill, the people usually deal with as well as Bill Sr. and Kristen who made getting a new furnace, humidifier, air conditioner, and water heater , a very easy experience. All in all great people and a great company to deal with.

Wantuck installed a ductless AC/Heat Pump for us \- they arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and trustworthy, and they stayed late to make sure the job was done right. I couldn't recommend more.

They went well overboard to install the Unit, since I had no heat. From the Owner, Salesperson, Technician and installer.

I have been in the trades for 15 years. In that time I have met and worked with many hvac contractors. Without a doubt Wantuk has been at the top. They get the job done no matter what it takes and do it well. They have installed almost everything in my house including tankless water heater, HE boiler, steam humidifier and AC unit. I appreciate that they plan the workday out to accommodate nap time for my infant and keep the noise down during that time. If you want it done right the first time by professionals then give them a call.

We had a new system installed by Mike and Jaime last week. They did a great job on a very hot day! Thanks guys! Mike has been to our home to do repairs and yearly check ups over the years and has always provided great service! Highly recommend!

I had three different technicians. The first one did not complete the job. He was new to the company and probably he wasn't experienced in solving the leak of refrigerant. The second technician found the leak and the next day a third technician came to replace the air\-conditioning coil. He completed the job in about 4 hours and everything is working fine.
