Deljo made the entire experience pleasant.

Everything about the sale and installation was professionally done until the end. The senior member of the team left, leaving the two younger team members to finish the work. I was told it would be another hour to hour and a half. 20 minutes later, they told me they were done, explained the equipment and left. Only then did i realize they'd left all the boxing and garbage behind \- copper scraps, tubing, their leftover food and drink bottles, loose wiring, screws, etc., as well as a large, unopened box labeled "media cabinet" behind.

we needed new air conditioners after almost 22 years. The tech that had come out to clean them said that they should be replaced do to Freon not being available anymore and even if it was the cost would be extreme. He set up an appointment for a sales person.

I was so very pleased with the initial consultation conducted by Brandon, and the installation done by Chris and Darryl. The entire process was absolutely perfect. I am so very satisfied with my new air conditioner.

Great service. Great solution. They did a great job replacing our 17 year old central air unit (coil and condenser). They were fast, courteous at a competitive price.

The team was late due to ensuring an elderly couple was comfortable, they called us in advance to ask if we were OK to change appointment times. Despite being late, they stayed until absolutely everything worked properly, they were kind and respectful of our space and time.

We had our whole HVAC system replaced, and also installed a new inline humidifier. They were very professional, and got the job done. While we had everything installed in late Winter, where it was too cold to charge the A/C unit, they came back when it warmed up in a timely manner. Installers made sure I knew how to use the new system, and helped me troubleshoot issues I was having with my Nest thermostat.

Smooth process, quick turnaround

I would highly recommend Deljo Heating and Cooling for any heating work you'd need done. From my very first phone call to the completed installation everything went great. Their technicians are extremely knowledgable. After completing the installation they took the time to throughly go over the system to show us how everything worked.

From helping select the correct unit for our home to the installation the team was professional and had great attention to detail.

Great communication, worked hard nonstop until the job was done

Deljo did an excellent job with the new furnace installation. The agreement was signed at 9am the installation crew arrived by 12:30. The installation crew was flexible and agreed to return the next day to allow me to insulate the furnace area and lay down a new floor before installing the new furnace.

Being a senior citizen, I was worried about being taken advantage of. They eased my mind and did a very good job in replacing my heating unit. The workers were polite, courteous and they did a thorough job, cleaning up afterwards. Thank you

Generally, I would say that Deljo is great \- have had them as our furnace repair/maintenance team for 10+ years. The installation was on time, seemed fine, left home in order and clean. Only later when the furnace was not working and had to have Deljo return, found out that a wire had not been connected properly. The person that came the second time to fix the problem did not wear a mask. That said, I will still have them as our regular furnace dealer.

Worked with Deljo for 13 years over two different homes; they're terrific.

The two installation techs worked 8\-hrs straight and got everything installed \- even dealt with my old wiring to install the new thermostat.

Greg was fantastic and the installation team was super knowledgeable and fixed issues as they arose, expectedly in a 100+ home. They proactively did things as well including putting a new screen in a large vent grate in the living room that was falling over and new valves on the water Line when the old humidifier which hasn't worked in years just shattered on them. Quick turnover

The men who installed the units were masters of engineering, problem solving, competence and good communication.

I appreciate that technicians and staff are always willing to walk through all the info I need to make informed decisions about repairs or replacements. I do not feel pressure or rushed and I am usually offered multiple options to fit my needs. Given my gosh xperiemce with out of state vendors (which seems terribly overpriced) I also feel pretty grateful to have the ability to work with a company that has fair pricing and prompt service. I'll continue to be a member and count on this co.

Deljo does an excellent job and communicates very effectively.

Our 20+ year old AC unit finally expired during the last prolonged heatwave. The folks at Deljo were able to send a technician out within a day to assess the problem, and an advisor out a few days later to help us decide on our options for replacement. The new unit was installed a couple of days later, and is running great so far. We are especially happy the entire process only took about a week, as we have heard of supply chain problems at other heating and cooling companies resulting in long waits for new units. Definitely recommend Deljo Heating and Cooling.

Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was very pleased with both the sales person and the installer. Really flawless from start to finish.

Deljo came out to attempt to repair our Air conditioner after the winter storms built up and then dropped a 1,000 pound icicle on the condenser. Unfortunately the unit could not be repaired but after showing us some options a new unit and matching furnace was purchased and installed. The new unit is whisper quiet and I'm actually looking forward to the Chicago summers for once.

Deljo replaced an existing old poorly working spacepak system with a new Unico unit and cCarrier compr4essor. Some duct wrok was revised. The work was completed in two days. Installers were very careful about cleaning up and removing old debris. So far the unit works well. But we must wait for hot weather to fully rate the system.

The circuit board of our 17\-year\-old furnace went out on a Sunday and within 24 hours we had an emergency tech look at it, a sales person show us our options, and an installation team install a new furnace. It was a seamless operation. Excellent company. Have been with them for years—and will continue to do so.

The sales agent was very knowledgeable and transparent about products. However, he failed to provide a true schematic of how the end product would look. One of the the installers took it upon himself to substitute original parts that came with the new heater and installed an inferior substitute. The installer failed to apply the insulation as was proposed to the duct work and he removed existing concrete without informing me or offering me options. It is sad that one person on the team, apparently works in his own time zone irrespective of his colleague and in abandonment of a proposal, has cost this company what would have been a most favorable report.

Professional and courteous service attempting to repair my 23 year old furnace and offering options for a new HVAC system, which we purchased. In addition to the install, they repaired ductwork and pipe (included in estimates). Every Deljo repairman and installer made sure to answer questions and was proactive in providing info I needed to know before starting install and after.

HVAC issues can be costly and emotional, and the staff at Deljo make the entire process transparent. As a long\-term resident in Chicago, I just can't imagine asking any other company to keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

They were here when they said they would be; accommodated the new systems very well; made sure that both apartments systems were working and came back immediately to see to a small problem that arose a couple of days later.

My old (new to me) house did not have a central AC unit. From contacting Sales, to getting the work done, it was a very positive and excellent experience. The installers are top\-notch, and they do an above and beyond job to get the work done efficiently, and they don't leave a mess after they're finished. I have used Deljo for a few years now for routine maintenance for two different properties I own. This is the first major installation that I have had to do since I became a customer of theirs. Unfortunately I was somewhat disappointed in the level of service they provided, which according to their marketing materials is a big selling point. First I did some comparative shopping, and I thought that the price points for installation were on the high side. However, given the excellent reputation of Deljo and the fact that I was enrolled in a service plan with them, I decided to use them with the expectation that I would receive stellar customer service in addition to high\-quality work. Unfortunately that was not the case. I had both a furnace and a tankless water heater installed. The furnace was installed without issue, but due to a venting issue requiring extra work, the water heater installation wasn't able to be completed in the time frame promised, which was 1.5 days. This is understandable, but the technician did not contact me to discuss this nor did he effectively communicate it with my tenant. My tenant was without hot water for three days, and the technician never followed up to tell him or me when he would be returning to complete the job. I had to reach out to the technician on several occasions before the issue was resolved. In all my tenant was without hot water for almost a week. The technician became harder and harder to reach (I tried e\-mail, phone calls, and text messages) once the job was started. I seriously considered canceling my service plans for two different properties with Deljo because of the very poor communication, but unfortunately it appears my warranty will only be honored if Deljo continues to maintain the equipment. I will give begrudgingly give Deljo another chance, but I will never again use the same technician for any future major installations.

Excellent service and recommendations for replacing 2 existing (but very old/expiring) HVAC systems in our 2\-flat. Quickly responded to initial hiccup with newly installed system (replacement of burned out motherboard on air conditioning unit).

Del Joe installed the new Central Air conditioner in my yard, the men did a terrific job. We are enjoying the cool air in these hot summer days again. Also recommend to my friend, who's also needing to replace her unit.
