We had a Carrier HVAC unit from 1997 where the aircon was struggling since late last Summer. We cleaned the coils and thought that would do the trick and keep it running I discussed issue with Jimmy and told him we were not ready to switch out since the furnace was still working well. Then come Spring, the air con's fan was busted and we did not want to put in any more $$ into the system to keep it going. It.Was.Time...We contacted Jimmy from Assurance and he provided us with different models/price range. We decided on sticking with Carrier since we had such good luck for so many years. I cannot say enough how happy we are with our new HVAC. It is a major expense and wanted the right people to do it. Jimmy and Assurance came through with unlimited Gold Stars!!! You will not go wrong with this company and their dedicated professionals. We are eternally grateful with Assurance Heating and Air Conditioning and of course, Jimmy. Put your trust in them...they do not disappoint.

They provided several choices for my review, and explained the different options available. The furnace and AC were installed within two days. All old equipment was removed and area cleaned. Was satisfied with service from start to finish.

Old unit removed and new unit installed by a technician and helper. However, the technician did not know how to wire and hook up new unit. Spent a night without heat until a more knowledgeable technician came the next day. If a techninian is installing the unit, they should know how to hook it up.
