Air Conditioner Repair & Service

Artlip & sons came out over the weekend on 1 day notice to replace my broken AC unit in the middle of the hot summer. they worked a long day and got everything done as promised, and I had a cool house again shortly after. the crew was very professional, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were extremely professional and friendly. Always there to answer all our questions and concerns. If we have more needs in this area we will be back to them without hesitation.

We had our previous furnace for about 30 years and we have had it serviced by Artlip \& Sons for all that time. We had complete confidence in the service person who took care of us most of those years. He suggested we consider a new furnace because of its age. Naturally we went with the same service company we used all these years. The customer service person evaluated our needs and ordered the furnace and installation. Installation became a bit complicated because the new furnace required a greater return air flow. After evaluating alternatives a second return and filter was installed. All was done very professionally and we are glad everyone was making sure things were installed properly and the heating and A/C system is working well.

Jay and Hank @ Artlip and Sons bailed me out when my old system gave out at the worst possible time. These guys are nothing short of outstanding and the Aurora area is lucky to have them!

I've really enjoyed the comfort from the equipment. I look forward to the cooling in the summer that should be highly improved for my space.

We were extremely satisfied with the quick response to come to our home to service our A/C! The technician spent time with us explaining the issues with our A/C. He was very knowledgable!! Artlip \& Sons Company was prompt at getting the installers out to our home \& they were efficient \& professional! The A/C unit is great \& we are extremely happy that we went with Artlip \& Sons Heating \& Cooling!!
