HVAC Installation

The guys at Premier Heating did such a fabulous job from the first moment that we started speaking with them. They were patient, thorough and professional with the job estimate including the great recommendations for our specific situation. The installation was smooth and they were respectful of our home and pets. Everything was terrific and we look forward to years of heating and cooling for the comfort of our home plus great expectations of top notch service!

As a dealer and a salesman they have to first sell themselves to the potential buyer. As a potential buyer I did get three bids that all came out within two hundred dolars of each other. My Carrier sales person, Don, knew his product and his confidacence in it showed. He gave me two bids, one for single stage and one for two stage and explained the difference. Neither of the other companies gave me that option and/or explained the difference. His explanation made me realize that my current system was two stage and I accepted that bid. The install crew guys were clean, neat in appearence and organized working as a team.

I had a Carrier furnace \& AC installed yesterday by Premier Heating \& Cooling. Don \& Clint and crew were professional from the first call for a bid through the entire installation process. Don and the crew from Premier did not try to oversell or hype anything during the sales process and was very matter of fact regarding our needs. On the day of installation, he showed up with a crew of 4 very courteous individuals who removed and installed the system in about 5\-6 hours. Also gave very good advice on issues particular to our install such as increasing ventilation and CO2 detector placement. Very clean, respectful of our home and did not leave a mess upon departure. Not that I want to buy another heater/AC unit for some time, but if I did, I would be going back to these folks and would recommend them to anyone else needing repairs or a complete new unit.

They are complete and very efficient in what they do.

I contacted Premier Heating and AC after moving in to our new home in which the previous owners system maintenance may have not been up to "par". Mind you, our AC had gone out during the hottest part of August! They responded and fixed the problem. Knowing my existing system was "living on a prayer" they adjusted their schedule and replaced my entire system next day! Everyone was honest, courteous, and very friendly. Thank you!

These guys provided great service on our last house and did a great job on a new system installation on a complete renovation. They were the top performing subcontractor on the job with no problems and excellent fit and finish upon completion. And so far the system is working great and is very quiet.

Our furnace broke during an early cold\-snap in October, and they brought us space heaters to use until they could get a new furnace in. They worked quickly and were always kind and easy to communicate with. They helped us trouble\-shoot some challenging installation issues in our older house, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC specialists.

Premier Heating \& A/C did an exceptional job installing our new furnace and air conditioning system. Our home has two separate 2nd floor areas which were not being cooled adequately and the temperature was by far exceeding our main level living space causing much frustration and ranges of heating and cooling that were uncomfortable. With skilled planning and expert installation our new system is exactly what was needed. We are very pleased with the products, the one day complete installation of the entire system and the professionalism that was extended to our family by the Premier Heating \& A/C Team. We look forward to a long Hot summer as we will be nice and cool.

Clint was a careful and thorough man. He even took off his shoes before entering my home. I appreciated the answers to my questions and quick response to my requests. I am enjoying my new units. I would highly recommend Clint and Premier.

When our overworked air conditioning unit for the upstairs started making strange noises, I called Premier Heating and AC right away. They were able to send someone out the same day. They gave a bid for a repair, as well as options for replacing the unit outright. They answered all my questions, and did not push for any of the options. Because our unit was already 20 years old, I decided to replace it. Concerned that we had a new baby, and the weekend forecast triple digit temperatures, they rearranged their schedule to replace our unit the next morning. Premier Heating and Air Conditioning is owned and operated by knowledgeable and trustworthy people. What a difference! Our old air conditioner never kept the upstairs comfortable, and on hot days, never below 80 degrees. Now it is always at the temperature set on the thermostat, and we can sleep comfortably all night. We can put away the large fans we have set up in each bedroom! I wish we had changed to a Carrier air conditioner years ago!

Great service and customer service!

Clint and his team at Premier are stellar performers! Their recommendations are spot on and their service goes above and beyond expectations. This is the second installation of a furnace and Air conditioner for us (two different homes with aging equipment that needed replacement) In the process they searched out and repaired faulty ductwork in both homes as part of the deal (no extra charge!) The Carrier product is outstanding!

Premiere Heating \& AC came to our rescue. Our 15 year old furnace went out at the start of a very cold day, in the middle of a very cold season. Premiere came well recommended and they didn't disappoint. They were quick to respond, gave us several options, and when we decided to replace the old unit, they moved their schedules to secure the new furnace. I called at 9:00am and the last member of their team left that day at 4:00pm. Old unit out, new unit in, helping us avoid the overnight low of 12 degrees. Thank you Premiere!
