I wish Keto would have known more about your product overall. We discussed where to install each Head but the one factor that was not considered was how the air would flow out of the Heads. Since the output air vent is on the bottom of the unit the airflow ended up blowing directly at sitting and sleeping areas making it uncomfortable when cooling until the set temperature is met. One other issue is the unit can not be set in Heating mode below 62 degrees with the remote. I asked about a phone app with the thermostat control and they did not know that these system have additional thermostat controls with these options.
