Joe and Taylor and the team did a great job helping us replace our HVAC system in our home. Joe did a great job analyzing the existing system and engineering a new solution that, one week in, seems to be much more efficient, much quieter, and much better at keeping our house at a good temperature. He designed a move of our filters to better work as well as added a UV system to increase system effectiveness. Joe provided us several options and talked us through the pros and cons of each option without any pressure. At installation, Taylor and his team did a great job moving our outside unit away from a snow buildup area and completed the entire installation in less than one day, less than we thought it was going to take. He and his team did a great job completing the installation, and worked through a small issue with the thermostat in a very timely and professional manner. System is quiet, efficient, and is working great! Can't forget Emily and all in the office who processed our payment and scheduled our installation professionally. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Quick and easy installations of A/c and new furnace

installation went quick and smooth, no problems. Andy's has cleaned/inspected/repaired my furnace and fireplace for many many years. Wanted a Carrier AC unit to go with my Carrier furnace and was very pleased with the work they did. Am almost looking forward to heat next summer to try it out.

I didn't really have much of a choice on the product, and didn't have much contact with the dealer. I am not happy with the placement of the heat pump. It was not installed on the concrete pad I had built special for it. Instead, the heat pump was placed under a window and now it's very noisy from inside. Additionally, the heat pump and furnace seem to be running most of the time, even though I have a small energy efficient home and only require the temperature be kept at 65deg.
