These guys did an excellent job. Very thorough to explain things, friendly and very efficient with time of install. We had our hot water tank, AC and furnace all replaced in one day. They were so kind to give us the option of an earlier appointment when someone else changed theirs. It is wonderful that they have an annual check up a year later to make sure everythings running right. Highly recommend this company for anything heat related.

Office staff responded quickly. Blaine, the salesman, came to the house, explained the various options available to me, answered all questions, discussed payment options without pressuring me to make a decision. I purchased a new heat pump and furnace. The install crew of Burk, Jessie and April were very polite and respectful. They worked well together, were very thorough and efficient. Stephen, the Field Install Manager, and Burk returned to address some minor issues with furnace sounds and fan settings. Again they were very helpful, made repairs, took time to explain things, and walked me through setting up my new thermostat.
