This is my second installation of a Carrier Split Air System for my home with this company. All went well with scheduling an appointment for the installation. The office staff of Aileen and Cheryl are top notch people to work with. Know all aspects of the products they sell. Always friendly and personable. So responsive to all my questions and provided the answers I needed. On installation day all went as planned. They arrived at the time they said they would. So prompt! They even took the time to introduce me to their installation crew members. All nice people too! The installation work was very professional and well thought out. Everything went as planned. They hauled away my old unit. The new unit worked from day one and I've not had any issues. Now I have two new AC units and I couldn't be happier! I also took the time to research Carrier and this product is high quality and should last a very long time. I've also used Progressive Air to maintain my previous Sanyo AC units and they helped to make them last 20 years! I look forward to having Progressive Air provide maintenance on my new units when the time comes for it. They always are nice to send me reminders about any upcoming maintenance and even keeps me informed about maintenance rebates from Hawaii Energy. They truly care for their customers!
