There were several delays (on my end), due to the lack of power at my home \& delays with my electrician, but Mitch and his team was very patient and he even honored the off season discount during the hot summer months. The technicians from Hilo Air were friendly but also focused on their task at hand. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they managed to remove our old, rusted out unit and completely replace it with the new Carrier unit in a matter of a few hours. They showed me how to operate the new unit, and it's been quietly cooling our home ever since.

Hassle\-Free HVAC Installation: Big Island, Hawaii. Hilo AC Co., Hilo, Hawaii, had no problems with remote installation, whereas others on this island did / refused to make the drive. Most homes on this 4,000 sq. mile island are remote from "city" locations \& require long drives to get there, quite unlike the island of Oahu (Honolulu), etc. My dealer had no issues making the long drives. Highly recommend.

Good Service and units are energy efficient. My only complaint would be the location recommended by the salesman. He recommended placing the unit on a different wall saying it would cool two rooms. Unfortunately it does not cool the living room as well as we would like.

The installation team was very courteous, professional and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They should up when scheduled and their 2 day installation estimate took only one day.
