They spotted a defect. HVAC unit ordered for installation had some physical damage, probably from the factory or from shipping. Rowell Heat and Air noticed the defect, and declined to install it. Instead, they ordered a whole new unit \- one without any defects, and installed that one. Everything works great. Installed heating and air unit.

My HVAC had been improperly installed before I purchased my house and recently stopped working. The service technician at Rowell was honest and straightforward in what the issues were and how to resolve the problems. I never felt pressured and they never tried to "up\-sell" me to more expensive models or brands. They gave me multiple quotes and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone in their service area and will always go back to them for any heating and cooling needs my family has in the future.

Rowell installed our 1st unit 20yrs ago when we built our house. They serviced it faithfully any day of the week. We never had to worry when a problem would arise. They would repair it and did very good job.
