Took 4 visits and 1 good man to finally correct my problem. Time involved was just short of 4 weeks in 100 degree temperatures. Only one man truly knew the unit. Unit is 3 years old and I feel didn't require one of the parts that ran my bill to $636 in labor costs. All of this was due to a code 82 that the thermostat kept flashing & shutting down unit for at least 4 hours. Only one technician knew how to go into the thermostat that told him what was wrong. The others didn't know how to diagnose thru the thermostat. Cannot get a certain manager to return my calls to discuss this & I still have not received a copy of paid invoices detailing work done after several weeks of final repair. I have much paperwork showing other details in this matter.
