Comfort Air was highly responsive to our needs for HVAC replacement systems. They provided detailed information to assist in making our decision. We chose Carrier due to positive reviews regarding quality and value. Once our decision was made, the equipment was ordered and installation scheduled promptly. The crew that installed the equipment were knowledgeable, professional and all business. The systems were quickly installed and tested to ensure proper operation. Clean up was thorough and prompt. We look forward to routine semi\-annual preventative maintenance visits to keep our systems at peak performance.

Came first thing in the morning to troubleshoot our system. Attempted to change out parts to repair our current system which all failed. Explained our options and the cost. Me and my wife both agreed with the technician that a new system would be be best. Came out the next business day and installed our new system and removed the old one, and even set up our nest as well. Technicians were both knowledgeable and courteous, and explained everything along the way. New system was installed quicker than expected and even allowed my wife to not miss work due to their speed. Very happy with their service, and will be using them for our annual serving as well.

The two installers were very young and very professional. Removed the entire old system and installed the new one in about 5.5 or 6 hours. I would highly recommend Comfort Air. I have been a Comfort Air customer for thee past 15 years and have no regrets.
