Great job upgrading our AC and duct work.

Jake was great to work with. He stayed in communication with me and did everything he said he would do on time.

Several delays in starting the job. Installers didn't arrive at specified times. Overall the work was acceptable but the delays and lack of good communications was frustrating.

Gary Speed did a great job coming out to see what our needs were and helping us select the right HVAC system. Lee and his helper did a great job installing the unit. Very knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up after the install and just a pleasant experience all around. Thank you!

Very satisfied with thexdealer, but very disapponied that the Samsung system they originally instalked was problematic from the start and the entire unit had to be replaced after 4 1/2 years of installation. Very costly for me.

NE GA Heating and Air repaired a furnace damaged by my electrical power supplier. They replaced a furnace and air conditioner destroyed by the same incident. Replaced with Carrier equipment. Excellent service.

Northeast Georgia Heat/Air was a pleasant surprise. The Sales Representative was very informative and saved us money on the size of unit we needed. The installers were punctual, efficient, friendly and professional about our installation. I highly recommend this company.

Replaced my upstairs A/C unit entirely (outside compressor and inside air handler). And the inside work was not quite straight forward. Jamie and assistant showed up on time, with prior confirmation call, and got right to work. Due to some complications, Jamie brought in the service manager for confirmation, and between them, all issues fell away. The job was done quickly, professionally, and with care. All wore booties to keep rugs clean, and they vacuumed up afterwards. I am VERY pleased with their work, and expect to enjoy the new system for a long while.

Our service tech was knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to review the owner's manual and provided assistance as requested.

Good communication between all parties. Answered phone calls and emails promptly and was patient answering questions. Worked efficiently as a team to install furnace in a reasonable length of time and were respectful of those at home. Cleaned up and secured work area and left instructions for contacting them if needed.
