I was not present for the installation but my wife was SUPER impressed with the installation crew. Ful\-Bro obviously spend a ton of time and money training high quality installers to do their work. This is the second time we have purchased Carrier products for our home. The product cools/warms our home quickly and is so much more energy efficient than our old units. The thermostats are very sophisticated "SMART" devices that allow us to easily program our environment. THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND WILL FOREVER BE OUR HVAC CONTRACTOR!

I needed to replace the outdoor unit and the evaporator on my 15 year old Carrier system, and got a quote from my current dealer. A friend suggested that I get another quote from Ful\-Bro. I called and got a quick response from Allen Brunner who was out to my house the next day. He gave me a price that was 10% less than my old dealer. Within a week I had a new system installed by 2 very professional technicians who answered any questions I might have had. I could not be more please with the results from this company that has been in business since 1967. In addition I received more than I asked for as they replaced a sump pump for no addtional charge.
