I had two full unit replacements done and the way Paul's treat your home is fantastic. Every time they enter your home they put covers on their shoes and when doing installations they put runners all throughout the home from the door to the work area inside. Then they clean up including vacuuming everywhere. You couldn't tell 6 people spent an entire day replacing an attic unit and basement unit at all. I even decided to sign a maintenance contract for them to maintain the system twice per year. Exceptional product with the Carrier brand but even better service from Paul's.

Paul's HVAC was professional and explained everything very well. They covered all flooring to prevent any debris or scratches when they moved the equipment in. The AC works great and I am very happy with their service and products.

After getting quotes from 3 large AC companies in the area, I decided to go with Paul's Heating and Air. They had serviced my very old AC unit over the summer and I felt they are honest and fair. We put in (2) 16 seer 2.5 ton units and re\-did the duct work in our entire house. Needless to say it was a big job. We had many issues since our old unit was not up to code and was installed incorrectly when the house was built. Paul (the owner) came to my house and we talked through all of my options. Once we determined what product would be best for our needs, he and his team were out to install the units within a week. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up and were completely finished with the job in 2 days. We are loving our new system and very thankful that we chose Paul to do the job. I cannot say enough about our experience and would recommend him for any job big or small.

A main unit went out and of course it's the end of July. The heat index, let's put it at, completely miserable... This is the time of year for heat/air guys that are like accountants the 1st 2 weeks in April... So maybe because they have worked on our stuff for over 20 years, they came out that Saturday and installed a whole new system, since they are booked for a couple of weeks ahead which they usually are. So I feel pretty lucky, but I know they do it a lot. They actually care. It's family run business, and whoever started it, understood customer service. What's really cool, is when I always get a call back from anyone I refer them to... and they say, these people return calls, show up on time, they were fair, they knew what they were doing.... How often do you get to refer someone like this ???... it's rare anymore... it's why I took the time to write this..... thx... pat \& sonya

They are very responsive to coming out and telling you what they found. I found them to be very knowledgeable and gave me all the options for either repair or replace. In the hottest weather they actually found a way to install my unit earlier if I could do a Saturday install. I was very pleased with the entire process. I will continue to use Paul's for my heating and air.
