They arrived a day early (with our permission) and got right to work removing our (not so old Lemon of an HVAC from another dealer). Everything went very smoothly and as anticipated.

We had the yearly Maintenance program and our old unit was losing Freon. We decided to get a new unit before it went out all together. It was 28 yrs old....about time!

After the installation they took the time to explain what they installed, and best way to save money. They also spent the time to explain usage of the 2 wifi thermostats they installed.

They were great to deal with, the men installing the unit took the time to explain everything to me so I could make some logistical decisions on placement of the unit.

Our 22 year old AC died on the weekend before July 4th \-\- I called several companies in our area on Sunday \- McKinney called me back first thing Monday morning and were at my home before noon. Side note \- none of the other companies ever got back to me. The tech worked on our system for over 3 hours trying to get us up and running but it was beyond repair. We promptly received quotes for a new system, scheduled the install and they were there on\-time as scheduled and installed our new system with no issues. The techs are professional, polite, and personable. We were very pleased with their service and McKinney will be our HVAC company for life!

Ryan was very knowledgeable about the systems they offered and answered my many questions. He was also honest. The team did a great job installing the system and so far is performing very well.

Timely service

When I decided it was time to get a new heat pump instead of repair the old one, if parts were even available, Rhyan promptly provided a quote for a replacement unit, answered numerous questions I had about the different models he had prepared quotes for and regarding advantages of the 2 stage vs the 1 stage units. I went with the 2 stage which he promptly ordered and installed. Three workers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently togther to remove the old unit and install the new unit. They laid down cardboard and dropcloths to protect the floors and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. They are company you should consider for your HVAC service, repairs and replacements.

Arrive on time. Installed equipment carefully and maintained area in a clean condition. Provided answers to all questions and concerns. Technicians were polite and courteous.

Gary showed up on time. Looked carefully at our system and gave us a number of choices for HVAC replacement. Received written proposal within a couple of days. We made our decision and called him. He said two weeks for installation and it was. The installers were on time and 5 1/2 hrs later they were done. Everything was cleaned up. Very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. The installation of our equipment was the first interaction with McKinney Heating and Air. Based on the pre\-contract interaction with Rhyan Arrowood and the interaction with David and Scott that installed the equipment, I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional service, effective communications, and on\-time delivery on their scheduled date and installation time. After a day of the system cooling our home, so far the system has met our expectations. We are looking forward to seeing how it performs this summer compared to our old system. We can't even hear the outside system running. The house feels very comfortable compared to the previous system. The Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Alexa works beautifully, especially for my wife who is blind. She can adjust everything verbally via the thermostat. The extra sensor we put in the basement actually helps keep a good balance of temperature between the floors. We had the ultraviolet unit installed in the system to kill bacteria and any mold growth. Again, this review is only after one day and we are looking forward to what the system performance will be this summer.

Changing a single zone system to a 3 zone system is a complicated and labor intensive project. McKinney Heating and Air performed the task with professionalisn at every step and clearly explained the operation and technical aspects of the system in a manner easily comprehended. McKinney Heating and Air was fantastic. Our System was 29 years old. It had come to the point that my wife and I turned the system off at the electrical panel because we were smelling burned wire. ( we had a air handler in our other house 22 years ago catch fire and filled the house with smoke. Gary came to our house and listened to what we were looking for. He came back to our house a second time per our request and answered some more questions, we hired this company on the spot. He said this would happen on Monday the 12th, at 8:00 a.m. his two crew members showed up, they were very knowledgeable, polite and represented the company with pride. ( McKinney and Carrier), everyone explained what was going to happen and cleaned up everything after each day. I love the workmanship they did and would recommend McKinney to anyone who ask.

My heat pump malfunctioned. It was determined that the Armstrong system was no longer being supported by Lennox. Could not guarantee that a replacement piece could be found that would fit. So I opted for a new updated heating system. The two workmen that were here did an excellent job in removing the old equipment and installing the new. They minimized dirt in the house and cleaned up after themselves When system was installed, they explained the system to me. They helped me load the thermostat icon on my iPhone. Then they left after working from 8 am to 5:30 pm.

I cannot fairly evaluate the system yet because it has just been installed. Working great so far. The dealer who installed the system was A+ in every respect. Their owner was quick to respond to requests and detailed in his responses to questions. His installers were very professional. Full heat pump / air conditioning system replacement of older system

Gary came out promptly when we called after our Trane HVAC unit broke. He presented to us our options and we chose our Carrier replacement unit. The servicemen were very prompt, professional, and courteous. The really knew their product and explained everything to us. Our new unit is by far better than the unit we replaced.
