Scott Holland did us a great service with his product knowledge and professionalism. We were given 4 quotes to choose from which helped us be able to make an educated choice on which system we needed. The install team did a great job and had us up and running just in time for the first big winter(snow) storm of 2025. Great job everybody!

My home's original Carrier heat pump was 17 years old. We decided to upgrade our basement system to a 2 stage Carrier heat pump system after getting very knowledgeable information from Brad. He was also very helpful with replacing our main floor heat pump system 3 years prior. The install crew of Carlos, Seth, Louis, Angel and a few others were all friendly and polite. The reason for the larger crew was training on a new system. Professionalism and experience was obvious with their work efficiency and troubleshhooting. The air handler new transformer defect was quickly diagnosed and quickly replaced. They made sure to instruct me on the new system, answered all my questions, cleaned up thoroughly, and gave me contact numbers for any needed followup. The day after install I received an email with the Carrier registration that Brad handled for me. I continue to be rewarded for the choice of Lawson for my HVAC needs.

Work was performed on time for the quoted price. Friendly, courteous workers.

Excellent installation services for a new Heat Pump System.

Our existing HVAC system is 25 years old. In anticipation of possible problems with outdated Freon system in the compressor, we decided to upgrade to current standard before we incurred maintenance problems. We were guided through the process several months ago by Scott Holland at Lawson Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Lawson has been our go\-to service company on the old system since it was installed during new construction of our home. We were given several options and decided to implement the changeover during April when the weather was mild and we could have the work done without needing heat or cool air. The work was accomplished in a professional manner by courteous service people. We are happy with the results!

Because the hatch was too small they had to take the unit apart to get it up into the attic. After installation, we did run into one issue of noise, so we asked Lawson for a follow up which discovered that the noise was coming from vibrating return registers which was quickly corrected. The difference in the way the ambient heat warms the room as opposed to the hot air blowing on us from the single speed furnace provides a very even heat.

Lawson Air and Plumbing is amazing! I have used them for the last 6 years to service my heating and air needs. I have a service contract with them to service my units every six months. Best investment you can make to keep old units \-20 years old\- functioning. Knew the time would come and one unit was giving out so replaced. The Lawson team provided a competitive quote and professional installation. For annual maintenance and if the need arises to have to replace, I highly recommend Lawson!

From initial proposal to installation, Lawson personnel were professional and communicative. Scott Holland answered all questions thoroughly and well in time. The install crew got the job done in one day and they cleaned up quite nicely. System is working great so far, but the winter test will be the real one for us.

Installers did a decent job at working through problems. I felt they left my home a little dirtier than I would have liked. They had to access the attic space and a great deal of insulation was cascaded out into my home. They tried to sweep a lot of it up, but overall, there was a great deal of insulation dust that I had to clean from my surfaces and home. I would hoped they would have noted the insulation and then brought drop cloths or tarps to cover my belongings. If nothing else, they could have told me to prepare for that and I would have covered the majority of my belongings. Just a thought.

The installers were competent and professional. Lawson is the only company we use for HVAC and plumbing. We have used them for years.

I was concerned that the equipment hanging on the wall including piping would be too overwhelming in the small room. My experiencenow is just the opposite. Equipment actually looks good in the room and the piping almost disappears after I painted it the same color as the wall.
