After receiving quotes and talking to four different HVAC companies, I went with Ragsdale Heating \& A/C Inc. I felt they had the experience and expertise to do the install without problems. The only problem that was encountered was after the install, I noticed water pooling up in my crawl space directly under the A/C coil. Ragsdale sent one of their troubleshooters to determine the cause of the water leak. As it turned out, the A/C coil was the incorrect one for the down draft system I have. A different shaped coil was installed, and since then, no problems. They do make sure the customer is happy , and all is working correctly. Excellent company.

The original service man was thorough and friendly and then the technician that gave the estimate was knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me something i didnt need which i liked then the installers came out next day and installed my new unit and they where quick and friendly and explained my new unit and my new WiFi capable thermostat which is a cool feature.
