Great Service

The AC part of my HVAC unit quit working late on a Friday afternoon. Zone was contacted and arrived before noon on Saturday. It was determined the compressor had locked up and was beyond repair. The Carrier replacemnt unit was ordered Monday am and the unit installation began at noon on Tuesday. All things considered, this was excellent response time and the new unit is working great. I have been a customer of Zone for about 8 years at 2 different properties. They are alway prompt and efficient. Highly recommend them.

The technician who came out and installed the unit was very professional knew exactly what he was doing and he worked very hard to replace my unit and make sure it was working properly. Also had another technician to come out 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly and that was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

From beginning with my initial call with Roderick to our Sales guy Jason, to the guys who came out and installed my unit \- top notch all the way. Friendly, professional all the way. Took time to explain things. I got Zone Home number from the Trust Dale website \- and they were the greatest!!

All employees were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were very satisfied with the completion of our project. We had new Infinity VS installed in a new attic space, whereas the old unit was on a slab foundation in our foyer. Also, the outdoor unit relocated to another area location.

Great experience getting humidifier and air cleaner installed. Professional, on\-time, took great care within the home during the install and explained everything about maintenance of the units to me before leaving.

I can't remember meeting any installer with a better attitude. Our installer, Chandler, appeared to have the best job in the world based upon how he approached our purchase. He and his assistant were professional and wasted little time completing the task. The unit did not operate as designed and they had to remove and replace the air handler. That was done and the unit now works as it should.

Jason was great at getting us a good system as quickly as possible. Installation was a bit difficult when it came to running wire from attic to main floor thermostat. Installation took many hours and we ended up with a hole in the wall. It is fixable so everything came out fine. The new system is working well.

Very happy with this purchase, but the real test will come this summer when the western sun comes in our Cool Screen porch. If it cools the area, it will be worth the money!! Super quiet and heats perfectly. I expect it to cool very well also. Better than the portable AC unit we had.

With my previous unit being over 18 years old, the team that replaced my unit took over 12 hours to complete this task. They didn't complain, eat lunch, laid down protection for my floors and worked extremely hard. Words just can't express how appreciative I am for now having a new unit in my home, I am forever grateful for this company working hard and not getting frustrated (remained professional) the entire 12 hours of work. A furnace and air conditioner was installed. . My furnace was being replaced so they had to remove it along with my air conditioner. They worked continuously for five to six hours until the job was completed. Friendly people. Very satisfied. I recommend Zone Home Solutions.

We interviewed a total of five HVAC companies. Jason DeSantis with Zone Home Solutions was able to answer all of our questions and provide solutions. He provided us with 8 different options and made a second visit to walk around and discuss each option with us. We decided to fulfill our wish list all at once instead of doing the tasks one at a time which was only optional with this company. It was a big job but it is done and we are very pleased.

Zone Home Solutions earned my business (2 new AC + 1 furnace) by being professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to install. Excellent service

Zone showed up to my home promptly and diagnosed a bad compressor. They showed me the problem, and we discussed al of my options. Because of the age and inefficiency of my old unit, I decided to purchase a new unit instead of replacing the compressor. They were very knowledgeable on products and installation. They followed up quickly to teach me how it use my new thermostat and register my new equipment. My experience with Zone Home Solutions was perfect. I will use them again, and would refer them to others in need.

Bought a top\-of\-the\-line carrier HVAC. Had it installed and within two days found out that the expansion valve was faulty. Our dealer was great and solved the problem. They replaced it for free but the entire experience was frustrating. Purchasing an expensive new HVAC with a faulty manufacturer part was not what I expected. Hoping this won't be a sign of things to come.

Had a new a/c unit installed. Called Jason a couple of times beause it seemed the unit was not operating at max capability. He listened to what I had to say and both times came out to make a few fine tuning adjustments. He even put gauges on my older unit, which Zone had not even replaced, to ensure both units were working in unison keep my home cool. My old ac was installed by the builder 10 years ago. One of the units was failing. I am retired so I had time to interview 4 installers. I chose Zone Home Solutions in Buford, GA. The salesman, Keith, did an excellent job of listening, analyzing, pricing and following up after the installation. The installer, Joe, was professional, competent and experienced. The unit is working flawlessly.

This whole team and process were great. Keith consulted and wrote up a bid that was both competitive and professional. We replaced our main AC unit so it was no small investment and they backed up their commitments with a great install and then Keith personally inspected to ensure it was all good. They turned this around at least a week more quickly than anyone else was willing to commit to. To get us up and running so fast was a big relief to us...best experience we have had since moving to Atlanta with a home service provider and will use them for our future needs. I am very pleased with my new AC unit, and the service that was provided by Zone Home Solutions.

I spoke with 4 companies before deciding on Zone Home Solutions and the Carrier solution. Jason was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of the house, including doing a Manual J before making a system recommendation. We have replaced all windows and doors in our home in addition to spray foam insulating our attic since our last system was installed and he wanted to ensure the system was properly sized. The other companies just looked at what we had and proposed a comparably sized system. This wasn't the lowest (or the highest) quote we received, however we felt that Zone was very thorough in their requirements assessment and would do a quality installation \- which they did. Any HVAC system is only going to be as good as how it is installed, and the team did a great job. In addition to a full system replacement, including a steam humidifier, he also recommended replacing all vents with high velocity vents which has helped to better balance the temperature in several of our rooms (house is a ranch on a slab). As for the Carrier components, we replaced a 2 speed Trane system. As expected, the variable speed Carrier system is much quieter and has worked extremely well so far. The technology advancements in the last 12 years have been significant, and the communicating systems and Wifi thermostats leverage technology to improve service of these systems. Time will tell how this impacts our utility costs, but based on the low speeds it has been running that would should see some savings on cooling, as well as the ability to run the Greenspeed heat pump at much lower temperatures. We have a dual fuel system, but gas is extremely expensive in this area and the less we can use the furnace the more money we save.

Had two old units that needed replacing. The Zone Home Solutions manager was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The install was scheduled around our availability and the workers were expedient and professional. Zone Home even returned to our home to ensure quality installation and to answer any lingering questions.

Needed to replace furnace due to a heat exchanger crack. The Zone Home Solutions salesman/manager was very helpful and patient as I asked many Q's in the process of selecting the replacement unit and tstat. The installers also did a great job. I only rated at 4 stars because there has not been a need to use the furnace yet \- it has only run when tested. I really like the Cor thermostat which has controlled the existing AC well since installation.
