Verified PurchaseThe last time I had any dealings with this company was last summer. I called to report an outage with my unit that was still covered under warranty. The company said that they were very busy, but would have someone out ASAP. After 3 days of hearing NOTHING, I called back in again and was spoken to VERY rudely by the person answering the phone and again told that they were VERY busy and I was adding more to their day. I reminded them that it was over 90° in my house and that I have children and pets that I'm concerned about. I was then told, "We'll get to it when we get to it." Now, not feeling confident of any relief in sight, I called the certified dealer from the next county over who was at my house making necessary repairs within 3 hours. THIRTEEN (you read that right 13) days later, I got a call saying, "We're on the way to look at your unit. Is someone available?" I told them it wasn't necessary. This was the last time I've had ANY contact with this company, and WILL BE the last time I EVER have contact with this company. If there is a report that I've had contact lately, it is a false report and I need to be communicated with about that.
