Tom Hyatt, the installers, and Georgio (our repair technician) were candid, honest, and truthful. about our 16 year old system. Armstrong employees Perry and Tom took no time in doing what needed to be done when they heard about my problem and found a system to restore A/C to my home within 24 hours. Installers Angel and Lemuel were professional and courteous, went to work installing the system, took care to make sure the fit and appearance was perfect. Great job/Great people

I set up several appointments with reputable, and highly rated AC companies for replacing my existing AC system. Based on my research, I wanted a 4 ton 18 seer variable speed Carrier system. The persons sent by all of the companies were professional, and friendly, but Todd (Sales Manager) from Armstrong AC blew them all away. The other companies informed me that because of shipping and computer chip issues that it was highly unlikely that I would be able to get Carrier system I wanted. They also tried to push me on other name brands that I didn't want. Todd told me right away that he will do everything in his power to try and get me the system I wanted. He made no promises, but said he would try his best. He never once tried to sell me a system that I didn't want. He spent almost two hours explaining, educating, and figuring out what was the best system for my home. Walked me through the whole process. Went into the attic to check the duct system. Recommended different options for best efficiency, and air flow. Upfront on prices, and never once tried to upsell me on anything. He actually told me that I didn't need certain things that I requested, and saved me money. He called me several hours after he left, and informed me that he was able to find me the system that I wanted. He kept me updated on when he would be able to get the system, and set up an install date. I agreed to the estimate, and had the system installed the following week. His team of installers (Sam, Anthony, Fernando, \& David) were over the top professional, knowledgeable, neat, friendly, and accommodating. Todd came by several times during the install to make sure everything was going alright. After the install Todd came by to make sure everything was done as he and I discussed. He checked in several days after to make sure we were happy, and satisfied with the new System. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and fair priced AC system company with a professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating team of installers. Believe it or not I've yet to receive a call back on from a couple of the companies that came by for an estimate. I know I made the right choice in picking Armstrong. I would like to thank Todd and his team again for a job well done.

Tom is a beast and so is Fernando and the crew. Tom came by the house, he cooked up great deal for me and i gave him the greenlight to proceed, he scheduled me for the next day (which is insane) and 24 hours later i have 2 Top Carrier units with 2 heat pumps installed. The installation must have broke the A/C installation world record. They were done in 5 hours. The attention to detail was beyond professional. Im definately recommending Armstrong Air, Tom and the crew to friends and family. Im extremely happy with the end product!

Wonderful Experience

This review is based on our initial contact to set up the first service for preventive maintenance. And was pleasant with the lady we spoke to on the phone. OK to be friendly can we schedule an appointment for the end of the month.

They were the contractor used by my home builder. System works great so far. Only complaint is that no one told me I needed to register my product with Carrier within 60 days of closing. I thought they took care of it when they did my orientation and that my warranty was through them. When I was looking for something in my closing documents, I came across a USB stick that was buried under all of the paperwork. That is when I found out about the 60 day thing. Hoping Carrier can still register it for me so I don't miss out on warranty coverage.

Armstrong exceeded our expectations in every way. They did a lot of work upfront to make sure they sold us the best system for our house and performed a timely and professional installation. Their staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealer.

Great customer service started with Tom coming over to give me a quote. I got an installation appointment very fast. The two gentlemen that came to install the unit were very nice and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Air \& Heating to my friends and family. I had a lot of quotes to choose from but customer service is huge for me and Tom met my expectations. Bonus for me is Carrier is a top brand product so I am well pleased.

Armstrong was prompt and efficient from beginning to the end. Eddie and Devin quickly diagnosed our problem. We knew our unit was old and would soon need replacing. Tom handled pricing and scheduling very professionally, offering options without pressure. Josh and Fernando, obviously pros, worked together well and smoothly had the units up and running in no time. Kudos to Armstrong for hiring and training well, it's employees. You can discern a company's success when multiple employees are pleasant, professional and confident in their work. And they all need to be thanked for their patience with all my questions!

Tom is a very nice person. The two guys who installed the AC are wonderful. Rain or shine they were able to finish the job sooner than expected. Everything was cleaned\-up like nothing happened. We slept like a baby when the AC was installed. I love the convenience of changing the setting from my phone.

Excellent communication throughout the process of installing a brand new unit (inside and outside). Great cleanliness and really kind service technicians. The unit works great and is running only 30% of the time to keep our house under 73 in Florida heat over 90.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom was able to come out the next day to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and did not try to oversell us. The crew arrived early and finished within the time they had estimated. We received quotes from several companies and were happy with both the price and the attention to detail. Izzy and Fernando were amazing. They patiently listened to my concerns, and it was clear that Tom had conveyed as well, about potentially having a noxious mastic smell in my house until it was dry (there are no good options other than mastic to seal the unit so this was expected). They made sure to use just the right amount that was necessary and I had no issues, unlike past experience with other companies. In the process they found they could not run new copper as initially planned but they made sure to find the correct solution that did not result in unnecessary work (it actually resulted in a discount to the original quote). When coming inside to reset the thermostat they wore shoe covers. They left the work area neat and made sure to explain thoroughly what was completed before leaving. I am very happy with my experience working with this company!

Unbelievably excellent experience. My sales agent (Tom) kept his word on all his promised deliverables. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. My service technician (whose name I don't have) was SUPER HUMAN. He patiently diagnosed issues and performed the Herculean task of removing a 20 year old system (which the handler was on the second floor!), and installing a brand new system in expert fashion. He allowed me to watch the process and ask questions throughout, and he gave me accurate and honest answers. He kept his word throughout the install, going well above and beyond the call of duty, and displayed an outstanding quality of character and pride in his work. Five Star Service all around! I was referred to this Dealer by a co\-worker who told me about her experience, and I will recommend to any of my family or peers needing AC service or replacement without hesitation.

I have used a variety of A/C contractors over the past 20 years. Most of them I kicked to the curb. Armstrong is the first one I will probably use again. Great value. Very professional. Installation addressed not just putting the equipment in place but also corrected some issues that would have led to marginal performance later. i could not be more pleased.

The builder or installer did not provide me any information about the equipment. I bought the house for retirement and rented it out. So, I have trouble to check the serial number and model and date of installation.

The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, and the install team worked efficiently to install our unit.

My 2003 HVAC died for the last time on November 6, 2017. I live in central Florida so AC is required. I called a few recommended HVAC companies and they were either too expensive or had too long of a wait time. Armstrong was recommended and I was given a very reasonable quote. In addition to installing a new unit, I was given many freebies \- new deck, copper piping, clean out air ducts and a thermostat that I can control from my phone in case I'm too lazy to walk 30 feet to change the temperature. Very, very pleased.

Tom came over to do the initial survey and went over all the details on what is included for the new system and the product they are going to install. Two days later the installers came over and was very informative and professional with the installation. Very satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking for a new system or maintenance.

The installers that came out were second to none.

Tom of Armstrong provided the most clear, concise, and thorough presentation of equipment /services of three companies I spoke to. Services were included for duct disinfection and leak repair, surge protection, proper permitting with the county, product registration, Energy company rebate, etc., all taken care of and significant to me in my decision. We did a 15 SEER unit with touch screen wifi thermostat. Excellent 10 year warranty coverage and first year services are provided by Carrier and Armstrong. Price was very competitive and Tom was straightforward, flexible, and quick on decisions to build the package\- making the choice of Armstrong easy for me . The unit was installed 24 hours later. My installation team was Izzy and Josh. These were two hardworking dudes. They arrived in well equipped service trucks and were very professional. There are a lot of decisions installers have to make on the spot to fit and seal the units, run wiring and tubing, and these are the kind people you want doing it. Tom came by to check the progress. The finished product is neatly done, all scrap was cleaned up and hauled away. The unit started up and ran perfectly. I am confident if there are any problems, Tom and Armstrong will see that they are taken care of for me. I highly recommend Tom and the Armstrong team.
