She arranged for Kevin to come out to our house and personally evaluate our situation. His technical expertise, quick review of our system, and understanding of our concerns led to a prompt and fair quote which we accepted immediately. We agreed to the proposal via e\-mail, paid the down payment via credit card and Kevin called two days later to inform me the equipment was in\-hand and ready to install. Christopher and Nick did a clean, neat, and professional install on the date we agreed upon. Beautiful, modern, two\-stage Carrier system replaced our old single stage and we are already loving it! Made in the USA\-\-we wouldn't want it any other way! It runs quiet and we've already noticed a decrease in our indoor humidity level\-\-can't wait to see the efficiency impacts reflected on our power bills! In 2019, Shoreline AC kept my 30 year old unit going another year and I called them back in Nov. 2020 when it finally died. They tell you what you need, what you don't need, and they don't try to up\-sell you. They give you exactly what you need and answer all your questions. I originally called Kevin at Shoreline for a second opinion/estimate. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty I chose Shoreline/Kevin to install my Carrier Central Air and Mini Split system. They worked hard all day to get both systems installed and the difference this new system has made is amazing. My home is consistently cool and at the correct temperature. In addition to that my utility bill has decreased. I could not be happier with the Carrier and Shoreline. I called Shoreline initially because this company is always being recommended on our neighborhood app Nextdoor. Many people recommend him and his company.
