After 30 plus years it was time to get a new unit. We went with the original install company and we're pleased with them. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They didn't mind us peeking at different stages of the new install. I liked that they explained what they were doing along the way. They made sure that the areas they worked were covered and wouldn't mark the floor. So very pleasant and professional. It was a great experience. Two days into our new unit we are loving it !
