Measurements for the enclosure was not made properly. New unit sticks out of enclosure. The air filter that I was given was too small for my unit. When I asked for the correct size, it ended up being wrong too. Had to make multiple appointments to get my A/C to code because techs were unprepared.

I’m pretty neutral on our experience. I hate to give a horrible rating but the installers seemed new and they kind of half assed the install. We had to have abc come back multiple times with in the first week because the unit kept shutting off. Eventually they sent someone who figured it out. Then after that between inspections and repairs for the inspections it took until march of 2025 to get everything done. That was appalling.

Carrier unit was working properly but installation required re\-work which took a month . We didn't receive what we paid for but ABC came back and made things right. Communication was poor between company departments.
