In 2001 I contacted Carrier Corp for a recommendation in the Tampa area. The response was immediate\- Caldeco. We were in the process of remodeling a home and they assisted with the system design for three new systems. Since then they have maintained and serviced as well as replaced these systems. Thus year we were hit by a storm surge from Hurricane Helene. Caldeco responded quickly and had our AC up and running in a few days.

We have had to replace 2 different AC units within the past 3 months (they each lasted nearly 15 years!). Caldeco was reasonable and their servicmen did a great job.

Caldeco provided fast, friendly, professional service. HVAC installation is expensive these days but it is best to invest in the best company you can to provide dependable service over teh life of the product. As a side note, going with the two\-stage compressor was well worth it to get improved humidity control and noise reduction (i.e. during lower\-speed operation of second stage).

A few years ago we called Caldeco to fix an issue with builder\-installed A/C system and their technician was professional, courteous, honest and did a great job. When it came time to finally replace our A/C the decision was easy, the Caldeco and Carrier partnership is a winner!

I went with them because of their lack of sales pitch. My other two estimates were similar but the approach was more like that of a car dealer. The Caldeco salesman was very low key and the price was right. They showed up when they said they would and the installation went smoothly in one day. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

I have had them service my air conditioner for years and I always received on time service with knowledgable technicians. When I needed a new air conditioner the sales person explained the options, financing and also included a military discount.

Our sales rep, Ryan Ploch, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and took the time to do the proper analysis, ensuring we had the right equipment for our home. The installation team, led by Carlos Luna and Tony Ormeno, did an excellent job installing the replacement units, which involved a substantial amount of retrofitting. Service following our installation has been top notch.

From start to finish I really like this company's work. They are quick and efficient. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service men had to come back twice due to "after market parts" being used to install AC which led to the AC not turning on twice in a week. But coroner service was great and they repaired quickly.

Caldeco Air and Heating offers a high quality experience. My extremely knowledgeable sales rep worked with me at odd hours, answering all of my product related questions. My install date was graciously moved up to accommodate me. The entire process was as smooth as possible from start to finish. Some minor fixes needed post\-inspection, which were promptly and efficiently carried out. Fantastic all around.

Caldeco did a very professional job on the removal of old equipment and installation of new. The only problem was that I had to call for service because the new smart thermostat hadn't been set properly. It took two calls to get someone out but the problem was finally fixed and everything is running great.

After considering a new Carrier AC for the past 3 years because of problems with our Lennox system, we finally decided to go ahead with it. The sales rep was very informative and low pressure. Disposal of old AC and installation of the new carrier system went very smoothly. The crew arrived on time, and was very professional. They explained well, and cleaned up after themselves.

Smooth process

New ac unit installed. Excellent job. The installation crew (Ricardo and Raul) was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend (100%) this company to everybody that needs a new unit or a replacement for an old unit.

We recently had our HVAC system to include ducts replaced. Excellent job.

I will find out how long my heat pumps work in the future. The ones I've just had replaced were 19 year old Carrier units, though some parts were replaced prior to final breakdowns. If I get the same length of service out of the new heat pumps, I will be very happy. I hope the new ones are the same quality (though more efficient). Caldeco has been quite professional, from the sales person who originally came out and who recognized changes that needed to be made to accommodate the new units, to the workmen who installed the units. I hope to see decreases in my electric bill due to improved efficiency. The units are so quiet, sometimes I have to check that they are actually on. So far, I am a satisfied customer.

Caldeco installed a new Carrier heat pump for me last month. I chose Caldeco as they were highly rated by both my daughter and Angie's List, and their quote was one of the lowest ones I received. Caldeco did a great job for me!

I needed to replace my old A/C , Alex came out and gave me several options , the crew was out that Friday , great bunch of guys ,had me cooling off by mid day .

I had a new AC system installed. I had 4 levels to choose from, and then chose a date according to my convenience. The installation was perfect ! they arrived on time, and were finished at 4:30pm. There were no surprises; everything was done with the utmost care and expertise. When they were done, it looked so well done, I took pictures! Best of all, my AC is performing great and I am so comfortable. Proud owner of a new Carrier AC system installed by trained professionals! So Happy.

This company is the best. Their people are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their installing technicians are very neat, do excellent work, and cleaned up when they were finished. They went through operation of the system and made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving. We have used this contractor for preventative maintenance on our old system and will continue to use them in the future.
