Carrier product was installed when we built our home and Senica took care of our original Carrier product for 12 years and quickly replaced it when it wore out.

Satisfied with initial contact. Good system and price for purchase. Only bad negative was a piece of wood, 1/4-1/3 " placed under unit that causing a humming in wall. Even the installer came back and noticed it and agreed it's not right. After back and forth we were told if we wanted it fixed it we pay. The support it was on did not have wood at all as it was specially customized from builder to prevent that issue. If anything they should have put rubber or something similar to it that would not create the rather loud hum it makes especially with the AC on. Heat wasn't so bad. Not much we could do as we didn't have that kind of money to fix it. Nice company but that should not have happened. We liked the company but after I called a couple of times it was like they said there was nothing else they could do and we could pay to have it changed. I still say they were wrong to use the plywood which will continue to create the vibration humming on or walls. BTW we had the same size old unit and there was no noise/humming but no plywood under the old unit.

Very good HVAC company. I would use them again. They installed a new system for me at a reasonable price.

Installer was very professional and courteous. Did have a small problem with the thermostat which they came back and recalibrated the next day. The inspector flagged a few issues that needed repair before he would issue the permit but the contractor is scheduled to come back and perform those services in the next day or two. In general an overall positive experience.

Senica has been our A/C service technicians for over 20 years. This is our second purchase in those years and never had any problems. With this new installation they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They explained the new system to us and took their time to install the unit correctly.

New Carrier system installed May 2022. The installer did not leave the owners manual for the the system. The installer reused existing 5 month old filter. However filter was installed up side down. The clean up after the job lacked attention to detail.

We've been using Senica for 18 years and there is a reason. They're the best. We've heard all the horror stories with all the other companies and when we were shopping around doing our due diligence this time, even the other companies acknowledged the Senica is the best when you tell them you've used them. In Florida, air conditioning is life sustaining and you can't afford to deal with a company that can't respond promptly or doesn't stock parts etc.. Senica has always been there quickly and always locates and fixes the problem promptly.

Have been using Seneca Air since the house was built 16 years ago. New Carrier system installed within 4 Hours to replace a Carrier system that was 16 years old but on its last leg. Installation crew was meticulous, courteous, and appeared to know what they were doing. System presently (hope forever) running efficiently with new Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat with AUTO cool/heat settings.

I've been using Senica since 2007 when they installed the unit in this house when built. 14.5 years later, it finally needed to be replaced, I immediately turned to Senica and as usual, everybody from the individuals on the phone to the technicians performing the install were polite and professional. The replacement was done quickly, and cleaned up to the point where I wouldn't notice anybody was here. I highly recommend them.

Replaced my 17\-year\-old Trane system with a beautiful, higher efficiency 3.5 ton Carrier Comfort™ 15 heat pump system in less than 7 hours.by 2 Installers. With a 10/10 parts/labor plan to boot. System price was very reasonable and system was in stock.

One of the installation Techs appeared to be rushed. (1) High voltage electrical connection in air handler gave off a burning smell and crackling noise right from the beginning. I seriously don't think he tested the unit before he left the job site. Subsequent tech immediately diagnosed the problem. High voltage wire burt through the connecting wire nut and was shorting out the entire unit. (2) Work order called for a Honeywell SIMPLE thermostat. Initial thermostat installation was a "SMART\-COMMUNICATING" model. This was my one and only criteria for this unit. I objected to the upgraded thermostat and called the office. The Honeywell thermostat was eventually installed. I will not let this one experience dissuade me from using Senica A/C for our second unit in a year or two.

We have used Seneca Air since we moved to Florida 10 years ago \-\- We have an annual service contract with them. Service people are fantastic. Our A/C went down on a Friday nite when temperatures were in the mid 90's with high humidity. We called Saturday morning and had a service rep check our situation, with recommendations. We opted for new system. Got it ordered with installation Tuesday. Meanwhile the Service Rep (sorry I do not have his name\- my very bad!!) He went out of his way to get a portable AC system for us to use and it helped tremendously. This Company is good for their word and dependable service people!!! We trust them!

Both units had to be replaced about a month apart. The first one worked so much better than the original wanted the same for the main unit replacement when it died a month later.

They have a lack of integrity on many levels. Misleading Sales Tactics. Inability and/or blatant refusal to resolve issues in an adult, professional and timely manner. They are spinner of tall tales: they have attained a Masters Level degree in deception. They have refined and perfected their abilities to fabricate misleading statements, and they have honed their skills at "story telling". Peruse the reviews posted on their Facebook page with a careful and very attentive eye. I found a consistent pattern of negative reviews that were immediately followed up by a sequence of subsequent positive reviews. The problem: many of those counterpoint positive reviews are comments posted by "their own employees". Beware, please beware. Look for red flags, there are obvious and apparent signals that should not be ignored or shrugged of lightly. In this modern age of technology, we are all aware of misleading information. Many have learned and adopted the adage that: "not everything you read on the internet is truth"! After my experience with Senica Air Conditioning, I would add to that adage this additional sentiment: "and not everything you read on the internet is a lie!" Buyer beware.
