Efficient and professional; considerate of homeowner property and not a scrap was left to pick up when the job was done; connected systems to wi\-fi app and cell phones and explained use of app to owners. very fast install from purchase date to actual system placement. Service calls were impressively quick....one as quick as 30 minutes after I called. Good price compared to competitors. Some teething issues initially after install but, one you speak to the right person they get the experts involved and everything seems sorted out. Everyone was professional/respectable. The system is whisper quiet and my house is nice and chilly.

CoolToday diagnosed my issue and replaced my indoor unit within 24 hours. Being in the middle of summer in Florida, that was much appreciated. Install went great and we are happy and cool!

The only complaint I have is that they vented my R\-22 refrigerant from the old system on "accident."

Everything happened so fast and smooth. Called Home Depot Monday, Tuesday Cool Today was out to look at repairing my system (I didn't think that was gonna happen but was wishing it might), Wednesday They came out with a quote (a great one) and Thursday they were here nice and early and installed 2 new AC units inside and out for me. They all were super nice, everyone was passionate about their careers, very knowledgeable and kept their work areas very clean \- didn't even know they were here other then I now have 2 beautiful new working units. Thank you to everyone!

Cool Today just installed a new high SEER heat pump and air handler at our home. Their entire team from sales to installation displayed an exceptional level of prompt service, excellent communication, and thorough knowledge. Most importantly, the installers respected our home accomplishing the removal of our old equipment and installation of the new equipment with zero impact on our walls or floor.

Highly recommend Cool Today. You get what you pay for ... they may be more than other companies but they take care of any issues you may have during installation to your satisfaction.

Home Depot promptly facilitated contact with vendor. The vendor was excellent in all respects and the unit guaranteed is backed by Home Depot.

Installed new heat pump and air handler. Technicians did a very good job and also fixed problems left from original heat pump installation. Very good workmanship. Did not leave a mess. Answered all my annoying questions with patience. Good experience.

Our install of 2 units was not the easiest due to the units being \~8 feet raised, the location, and so on. The guys stayed with it for almost a whole day and we were cool and comfortable that night. Would definitely recommend.

When my old HVAC unit broke down, these folks had it replaced with a new unit very promptly, including solving some problems caused by the new unit being larger than the one that was installed many years ago.

Cool Today was able to find the problem and install a new system in 48 hours. I've been waiting 6 months for a new refrigerator!

The only issue is that we were told there would be an inspection and were provided with a date, however, this did not happen

They were professional, did a thorough job and responsibly cleaned up after the work was completed. We love our new heating and A/C system!
