I HAVE USED A/C dESIGNS FOR TWO A/C REPLACEMENTS AND FROM rOB TO THE INSTALL TEAM THERE IS NONE BETTER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY TYPE SERVICE. I ALSO USE THEIR BI-ANNUAL SERVICES AND THEY ARE PHENOMENAL.

Equipment has performed very well and very satisfied with the Dealer.

When I called the dealer to register the system, the person with whom I spoke on the phone told me that just because I saw their trucks in the neighborhood, that didn't mean that they were the company who installed the system. I then told her that I got their phone number from the sticker on our unit. Someone at their office had apparently made some error in logging our information. (That is not the way to treat customers on the phone!) The address you have listed for us is wrong! Our street address is 75706 Pondside Lane!

Was not properly installed it cost me so much for 17days Electric on my first month moving into my townhouse.

They were professional, cleaned up their work & allowed me to ask questions regarding our new unit.

Heat pump very noisy and makes embarrassing sound when shutting off. Sounds like a freight train in the walls of my new construction townhouse. Tech claims the problem is due to coils being in defrost mode. I’ve never had this type of problem in other homes with other carriers. I paid too much money too have to be embarrassed to have friends and family over in the winter time and hearing this freight train while sitting in my living room attempting to watch tv. There has to be a better solution. Maybe upgrade parts to help eliminate the noise during defrost mode.

They were able to install our new A/C unit in a couple of days from when our old unit went bad. The installers were great! They were the neatest and cleanest service guys we've ever had! Arrived on time and went straight to work. Really nice people and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience.

Installers Harry and Colton were very well versed in the installation process and answered all my questions, especially about rebuilding the return duct to a larger size to fit the 5 ton A/C unit (it had been undersized since old unit was installed in 2006). We have a four zone system and the new Infinity system is very accurate in maintaining the temperatures we scheduled throughout the day no matter the outside temperature. A/C Designs technical staff (Wade) was very helpful in explaining how the new system would work and the differences between the new and old systems. The fact that the system is much quieter than the old system is appreciated by our next door neighbor. Only had one service call to get us online with Carrier over the Wi\-Fi connection to the smart controller.

A/C Designs did a great job with the diagnosis on our old unit, installed a temporary report, then quickly scheduled the installation of our new unit. They were clean, efficient, and provided great communication every step of the way!

When deciding on a replacement, I asked the tech if he has worked on any Carriers recently. His response was NO. OK, I choose Carrier to replace my 21 year old Carrier unit!

Bought a new home and the service is excellent.

Unit was installed builder. We had a problem and they came out quickly. The problem turned out to be electrical and was handled by an electrician.

This was a new build. Everything working well!

Did not choose this company. The builder used this contractor for HVAC installs in a new community. Although the HVAC works fine, the job was done with no attention to clean up. Sloppy job, plaster was splashed everywhere. Dust and debris on the floor and the drop pan. Wish I had the ability to upload a picture. Would not refer this company for that reason.

Had insulation coming out of vents, repairman high integrity so fix is a newly built duct. They could have just taped it up but went with a real fix...thank you

It appears that the new construction installation has been performed with detail and by professional hands. Unsure of the service or problem solving, as of yet there's been no experience with either.

My unit was poorly installed and is currently still sitting on wood planks. The unit has a mind of its own and changes temperature without us touching it or the fact that it's only supposed to go up or down by 1 or 2 degrees

A/C Designs is my air conditioning company. When my old unit decided to quit working, I called A/C Designs. They were able to install a new Carrier unit the next the very next day. This unit is great. At 16 seers, it is doing a fabulous job.

They were able to come next day and install, fixing some of the issues from the old system.

Wish it was a fancier Carrier unit and I asked for an upgrade that I was even willing to pay for only to fall on deaf ears.

Master bedroom runs 6 to 9 degrees hotter than the rest of house. AC Designs had additional insulation put in and a couple of small diverted. Did not resolve issue.

This was new construction so the unit was already installed.

Difficult to rate at this time since we have had no issues since moving into our new home. Equipment was part of the initial installation.

I called to register A/C unit as this is a newly built house. The whole process did not take more than few minutes. Lady who answered the phone was very courteous and professional, completed registration quickly and efficiently. Was pleasantly surprised.

We purchased the home new from Lennar Builders \- we have not met the HVAC Contractor yet. The unit is working so far but we have just moved in

A/C Designs has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff on hand to answer any questions you may have. The installers did an excellent job installing my new Carrier replacement system. I will also have them do my twice a year maintenance on my new Carrier.
