Taylor Refrigeration has been our "go to" A/C solution since we moved here in 2005. They have provided service every year. We have only required one service call and it was handled efficiently. Taylor installed a Carrier A/C unit in 2009, and they replaced it with a carrier unit in 2025. Installation was handled professionally with a minimum of down time.

Dealing with Taylor has been a pleasure. Initial installation of the unit was delayed because of a shortage of equipment availability at the time, but it caused us no problems. Really like the Carrier thermostat and the App. The run time reports are great. I did not rate the 'Solve Problems' question because I have had no problems with the unit.
