While the problem was ultimately solved, It took longer than it should have and caused other issues because of the delay. The actual service techs that came to the house were great. The office did not return call or emails for weeks at a time and that delay caused my house to be barely habitable for months due to the high humidity. This resulted in a mold bloom that had significant health impacts on members of my household. While everything seems have been corrected, I am not sure that I would continue using this dealer after the warranty period is over.

A Carrier air conditioner was installed in a new home I was purchasing. The unit itself was installed professionally and works properly. My only dislike is that they had to install a special thermostat as part of the home build which was the first thing I had to have changed out because it also required that I purchase a service through my network provider.
