Initial installation of new unit was improperly done. Unit shut down within minutes of crew leaving location. Service tech arrived quickly and repaired install.

This is the 5th Carrier unit I have purchased from All Season's. They provide excellent customer service.

There is nothing fun about having to buy another air\-conditioner, but my experience with All Seasons was way more than I could have ever hoped for. The techs were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. They had to get the unit up two flights of stairs. And still walked through the door with a smile.

Unfortunately 2 days after installation of our new unit we happened to go in the attic and discovered a leak. Upon inspection it was determined that the main drain valve had been turned off and never turned back on so the water in the pan had no where to go. Also the safety switch was wired incorrectly therefore it never would have tripped. The on call tech installed 3 safety switched and drained the pan. These were 2 careless mistakes what occurred during the install. This is a rental unit, had this not been caught by us we could have had severe damage. We've used All Seasons for many years and this is the first time I've not been completely satisfied with their service.

The personnel at All\-Seasons were all very professional, courteous and exemplary. Davy explained the sale of the unit and answered all my questions and even went as far as registering our unit for us. Hunter and Daniel did a superb job in installing the unit. Their work was neat and professional. They kept everything well organized and clean as they were working. I don't recall the name of the technician that helped with the thermostat but he was also very professional and did a great job explaining all the details. My wife and I were very please with the staff of All\-Seasons and I have already given Davy's card to a neighbor of mine and will highly recommend your services.
