Replaced my HVAC system very efficiently

We scheduled a fall cleaning on our furnace and Brandon the technician arrived promptly from Perdido Heating and Air to perform the service. He notice serious concerns regarding the furnace and plenum. Brandon suggested we speak with Ryan a representative from his company about the issue. Ryan followed up with us quickly and also inspected the equipment including the trunklines and ductwork in the attic and recommended to us to replace the entire HVAC systems (Furnace, A/C, Plenum, trunklines, and ductwork) with a Carrier HVAC systems. We agreed with his assessment and Ryan was able to quickly schedule the installation to replace the equipment. The installation team (Chris, Corey, Caleb and Jordan promptly arrived to install the equipment. The team was exceptional providing us courteous, prompt, professionalism, and quality customer service! They also were outstanding in communicating to us each step of the installation! We would like to commend the entire Perdido Heating and Air team (Brandon, Ryan, Chris, Cody, Caleb, and Jordan on a job well done! We highly recommend Perdido Heating and Air!

We had issues with mismatched equipment installed by a different company prior to us purchasing the house. I upgraded to a stage 2 Carrier for the humidity control and quiet unobtrusive air flow and heating bill efficiency. The techs that did the install displayed experience, knowledge and made the necessary adjustments that further enhance airflow over the last unit. Their attentive service is the other half of the the picture that makes these units last. I bought a Carrier for quality and because I wanted Perdido Heating \& Air continue working on my unit as they have for over 20 years.

Removal of the old HVAC system presented problems that were not anticipated in the estimate; however the team adjusted accordingly and completed the job within the same day.

They were here for nearly 12 hours. They said they would not leave until it was working correctly and they did not. It was quite late, 11:30PM, when they finished. Everything that could go wrong did. Ran out of solder, multiple trips required, I think even the screwdriver may not have fit. It their defense, they solved every problem with a smile and good nature no matter how tired or frustrated they were. I can't help but wonder that with a bit more expertise and experience and planning, maybe the problems would have been negated. But great work ethic

Because of the space where the air conditioner had to go this was a difficult installation. the technicians did an excellent job getting it in place in good working order.

New unit had a broken part out of the box. Instead of finishing the install, the crew left for the evening and my guests had no A/C. I called the night service emergency number and they sent someone over to fix the problem.

Perdido Heating \& Air did an outstanding job with diagnosis, installation and follow\-up service.

Everyone worked diligently and professionally, especially in the heat pump installation and the furnace wiring. It took a little extra time to solve some challenges, but all were eventually solved. When Tony (the experienced service tech) came by to finish the installation the next day, we found out how really good the members of the installation team performed. Perdido Heating \& Air was referred by our credit union, who also use their services.

Perdido Heating and Air have sold and installed three units for me over the last three years (2 in rental properties, 1 in home). They are the ONLY company I deal with! Great product and great folks!

Complete system install with professional expertise. Upon initial inspection the salesman found our duct work in attic was damaged. Damaged ducts also repaired and house has never felt so cool.

Technician damaged our walls by pulling off wall surface behind old thermostat and painter/drywall person couldn't match the finish. If Technician had been more careful, he could have removed old thermostat without damaging wall service.

This is the second time i've used Perdido H/C and they are very responsive and don't try to over sell or BS you. I'm in the AC controls business in the commercial and industrial field so I know about AC equipment. We discussed upping my unit 1/2 ton and they agreed and i'm glad we did as it"s a beach condo.After inspecting the unit all was good and the filters are top rate.
