They came in at the 11th hour while the A/C was on the fritz and got it running. The compressor was making funny noises, and the unit was 19 years old so I chose to replace it. I might have held out longer but the small company I was using prior to ABC strung me out and couldn't fix me. It was aggravating and couldn't handle the load from time to time but ABC got it running on a days notice and replaced it within a week.

The youngest of the two installers was an amazing talent. He knew exactly how to install our system that was not typical. His worker assistant was also very capable and helpful. Together these two made a great team.

I was having a leak from my upstairs A/C unit. Contacted ABC Air and Heating, within an hour Aaron Traponi was here to evaluate the problem, stop the leak, showed med what was causing the problem and provided an estimate. The following day technicians Deshaii Ward and Luis Rivera were there to complete the job. They answered any questions asked, once complete showed me all that was done. Loved my experience ABC Air and Heating Service..

ABC Air technicians are very friendly and professional. They are able to answer my questions with knowledge and offer solutions.

Our original A/C was over 36 years old. The initial service technician quickly assessed its condition, recommended replacement (which we fully expected) and arranged our appointment for the new install. Due to high service requirements, the install began with a single technician. He was excellent. Got right to work and had probably 80% of the install completed when his partner arrived. He worked hard, was well organized, friendly and efficient. When I checked to see how he was doing and if he needed any support, he was always courteous and explained where he was in the process, the next steps to be completed and about when he would finish. We are very pleased with the service and the new Carrier A/C.

$285 for a replacement of the (under warranty) condenser motor which took the technician all of half an hour. AND they charged an additional $85 for the service call which they wouldn't credit towards the repair. So $370 for the replacement of the motor. Ripoff.

Even though our AC system had failed and we were miserable in the Florida heat, we took the time to compare prices and features from several companies before making our final decision. Rachel in the office was very helpful with the many questions I had while making a decision on which system to buy. Once we made our decision ABC loaned us portable units until they were able to install the new system. On installation day our Techs, Hilda and Leon, arrived on time and did a fantastic job replacing our ancient system with a new Carrier heat pump. There was a lot of old material to be carted a way and they left the place spotless when they were finished. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from ABC Air and Heat and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
