Our install crew did a nice job installing the new system. It took almost the whole day, but they got the job done. The technicians were friendly, but they did leave a lot of debris behind when they were done (including screws and metal scraps in our driveway). Additionally, the compressor was not installed fully perpendicular to our house. You can tell it is a little lopsided. Apart from that, I was very impressed and would recommend them.

Sam was an excellent sales person. He was never pushy and always helpful. Our original unit had lost all of its Freon due to a leak and was not cooling. Sam had a tech come out and add Freon at no charge in order to hold us over until the new unit was installed 2 weeks later. The technicians who installed our new Carrier unit were also excellent! They were very thorough with their work and provided great customer service by answering all of my questions and instructing me on how to use/maintain my new unit. Took forever to arrive, but new heat pump was carefully installed, setup, and minor issue thoroughly resolved. Job included duct sealing and replacement of a section of air return "tubing" which was impeding air flow. Follow\-up visits repaired necessary hole in garage wall and was handled very efficiently and professionally by a local drywall guy. Great job! New system seems to work very well, quietly, and holds temperature set on thermostats (we have 3 zone system). Only real issue is lack of any documentation/instructions on programmable thermostats, but "YouTube\-University" to the rescue! Happy so far with unit and Ferran!

Ferran has now replaced the whole A/C system and the house electrical panel, breakers and all switches and outlets, In every interaction with us they are professional and attentive to our requests and they go out of their way to help solve issues creatively and proactively. I was in the market for a new AC system and was very pleased with the service I received from Ferran Services. They answered their phone and the sales representative, Nick always followed up with me and returned my calls promptly. He was also able to problem solve the new installation to insure everything was up to code. I was only able to get two estimates, and wanted more, but not everybody wanted my business. After receiving the estimates, I chose Ferran Service because of their competency. Anyone looking to have any contracting work performed, I would only recommend Ferran Services!
