This is my second unit that I bought and had installed by Heimiller AC. The first unit was a Lenox and lasted 15 years. I had them service it every year. They did warranty service and other out\-of\-warranty service to my satisfaction ever time. Their technicians are knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time. This was the first company that I googled and had great reviews. The reviews were not lies. I just moved to Florida from the north, so AC is imperative in these 90 degree temps. I called Bob Heimiller Co and they were able to come out that day. After diagnosing the issue they found one ac needed refrigerant and the other Ac needed to be replace. It was a bummer that I had to replace the ac after only living in the home for 3 months but this company was quick to respond and replace my AC unit They also through in a coupon that was much appreciated. Tyler came one day and KC came the other day. Both knowledgeable and pleasant. Totally would refer this company and totally would use them again.
