We had a brand new AC/heating unit installed in our newly constructed home. After moving in, we discovered that the AC was not blowing cold and the freon was leaking out of the compressor unit. To Sun Kool's credit, they did come out and fix it, but it shouldn't have been an issue on a properly installed, brand new unit in the first place.
