This is the second time that we have used Bay Area AC. They are very responsive and quick to send out a technician. Very pleased with the service and honesty they provided.

My unit stopped cooling. They came the same day even though they were booked! My old unit was 17 years old and needed replaced. I just kept putting it off. We agreed on a replacement, but they couldn't do the install for two weeks! I stated that I couldn't go that long. The tech made a phone call. After he hung up he said that he would bring a "Loaner" unit tomorrow to use until they could install mine! Two weeks later the tech came with my new unit. Everything went smoothly! I'm happy! I've used Bay Area for years and they didn't disappoint me..

I had a new carrier a/c unit installed at my residence on June 3rd. Installers Sal \& Cody did an excellent. There were no problems during the installation.

I recommend Bay Area and Carrier to anyone who inquires. At no cost Bay Area put a temporary part in to keep my under A/C while waiting for my unit to arrive. That's good, caring service.

The installation went well. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Awaiting the inspection. The whole quote/order/install process was a positive experience. No hidden charges. AC working great.

I had to call Bay Area to ascertain the time the techs would arrive at my house. There was an issue with the air handler not there yet when I first called and they were supposed to call me the following morning but, I had to call them. I hear a rattling noise when the air conditioner is running and am waiting for the Inspector to come.

I had used Bay Area for service on my previous heat pump system, and when a major part failed, I contracted with them to install a new Carrier Infinity system. They were courteous and professional in all of our dealings, and the crew that performed the installation was very efficient and thorough in their installation and initial check of the equipment performance. Quality Service

This is the third Carrier AC we have had installed and have been pleased with all three. They work well providing excellent service over a long lifetime. Really have no complaints.

two 5 ton units installed, noticed 1 unit was not performing well. Installer was able to identify the problem. New Thermal Expansion valve (TXV) on order and will be installed soon.

Used Bay Area based on their customer feedback to initially service our old unit. Based on that visit, we contracted with them to replace our old unit and change our heating system over from gas furnace to electric heat pump since we live in Tampa to improve efficiency. Very happy with price, service and installation.

HVAC unit is super quiet. Maintains a very comfortable temperature even though set 2 degrees higher than prior unit. I would recommend the product and contractor very highly.
